Food was amazing! Loved the Korean hot flaming Cheetos corn dogs. The only thing is… they close at 9pm yet stop taking all orders at 8:30p, therefore why not say you close at 8:30 instead. I had driven about 40 minutes to get to that place and arrived around 8pm. I was looking at the menu, and the employee there was like “ if you’re gonna order, order now because we stop taking orders at 8:30.” I was taking a few seconds to look at the menu since it was a new place to me, yet I felt rushed and they kept pressuring me. Maybe it was my fault getting there an hour before closing but other than that corndog was good.

My sister and I decided to go get the new Dubai crackle cups from soul cups as we are fans of the trend! Instead of coffee we asked the lady for matcha as the base, as well as oak milk for both of them- she nodded and said she understood. We then were served with matcha/coffee crackle cups which is not what we asked for. We asked her if there was coffee in it, to which then she replied “next time order it like this… if you don’t want coffee” which is exactly how we ordered it lol. I also was very disappointed to find that our drinks were made with regular milk, instead of oatmilk- which has causes severe stomach issues for the both of us all day. Not only is this the second incident after going here, but we were charged over $6 extra dollars for the substituted milk. The price was actually laughable compared to what we got. Save your gas, don’t come here.

This was my second time here. My first visit was such a great experience — I tried the Dubai Chocolate Crackle Latte and the Soul Doughnut, and I loved both. That’s why I came back this time to try the K-hotdog, and it didn’t disappoint. It was filled with mozzarella cheese and really satisfying. I paired it with the Jeju matcha, and they went so well together. For the price, I couldn’t be happier. Honestly, it feels like I’ve found a little hidden gem, and I can’t wait to come back to try something new!

My first time at cafe soul cups was not pleasant as I waited for 1 coffee for 45 minutes.
I also attached a picture for reference of size vs price. I spent 32.45 on a iced coffee and 2 quarter pieces of a waffle. I am from n.y.c but this is not Manhattan.

Break the math down. There is no way to make sense of this.

If you go I would suggest sitting down not a place to rush at.

Disappointing experience. Dubai crackle cup was not good , doesn’t taste like dubai chocolate. The breading used on the hotdog was sweet which didn’t mix well with hotdog , cheese and potatoes.

Really wanted to try this place, but the drinks had no flavor and were a bit overpriced. Atmosphere was good and cozy, but I won’t be back.

We saw this place advertised online and saw many of the products they looked delicious. We decided to try it out. There were so many good options we had a hard time deciding what to get. We ended up getting the Korean dogs and coffee. Everything was delicious. Staff were also really friendly and overall it was an amazing experience. Wish we had a location closer to us. Even though it was far the drive was very well worth it. We will definitely be back!

Went on a Saturday at around 3 pm, waited for 30 minutes and was met with 3 very stale mochi donuts. The texture was chewy with no crunch, and they were very oily to the point of being soggy. It's annoying waiting in line for 30 minutes to get a premade (stale) item. Other places make fresh mochi donuts all day, so I would suggest going elsewhere for them.

Rating 2 stars as I got coffee bingsu in the past and loved it, but that was before this place got popular. The place nowadays is too crowded for me to order it and struggle for seating, and I believe they were not serving the bingsu when I went as they were out of so many ingredients/toppings.

This has been one of the best cafes I've ever been to! I recommend this for anybody who wants to find a new to-go cafe place. When you walk in it's super cozy and has a very relaxing atmosphere all over! The decor is so cute. I was greeted by this super sweet person up front, they didn't rush me and I had a very nice interaction with them! Everyone was so nice. They also display all the food out in front of you making it much easier to see the size of what you would be getting. They have so many different flavors, I will definitely be going back to try them. I got 2 of their drinks and 2 of their k-hotdogs. Their prices are so reasonable and for what I got it was very worth it. It was so delicious I can't get over it! Everyone must try them!

Nice little cafe, it's a bit noisy since it's small and gets crowded quickly. The food is decent and the coffee/matcha is good
