Went in today and ordered the 2 slice +2 toppings combo to share with my husband, went back in to get my food and I was given a personal size pizza instead. Not enough for one adult, let alone for two adults to share. Won't be going back.

Absolutely the Best Pizza and Subs in Cary
Cappilla’s Pizza & Grill is hands down my new favorite spot in Cary. The pizza is out of this world with a perfectly crispy crust, rich sauce, and flavor that makes you stop mid bite just to say “wow.” Their subs are just as amazing, packed with fresh ingredients and bold taste in every bite.
The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting you with a smile that makes you feel like family. The service is fast, the food is consistently delicious, and the whole place has a warm, local charm.
You can tell they care about quality and take pride in everything they make. Whether you dine in or grab takeout, the food comes out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. Cappolla’s is one of those places you will crave again the moment you leave.

Originally, i was trying to place an order online for the family. However, when the meal came up to over $70 with all the fees, I decided to just call in the order. The price was less than $40 when I called and ordered. The food wasn't bad, but I wouldn't go out of my way to order there again. I got the appetizer sampler, and some of the things didn't seem cooked all the way, or they were too soggy that they seemed undercooked.

Paid $120 for terrible food that took forever to make. I ordered stromboli and got calzone with ricotta, I hate ricotta. Chicken Parm made both my daughters sick.
Would love to know how the food actually tastes, but they took my money for pickup and proceeded to close early without contacting me to let me know my order was canceled. If you're short staffed and need to close early, you need to shut down the online ordering portal.

We ordered several dishes from them and loved everything - the wings, chicken parm, beef lasagna, and pizza were all amazing. Super easy to order catering from them too. Wish we discovered this gem sooner!

I’ve eaten at this pizza spot times, and each keeps reaffirming why it’s one of my favorites. The customer service is always superb—friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring about their customers. Today, after I ordered my pizza, the owner personally brought it out to me. While I understand he might not always be able to do this depending on how busy they are, that effort truly shows they go the extra mile for their guests.
As for the food—hands down, the best pizza around. Crispy crust, flavorful toppings, and perfect seasoning every time. The atmosphere is making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. Highly recommend for anyone who loves good pizza and excellent service!

Unique, delicious and clearly 5 star! This is my first review in years. First ever about food. Rarely is food so good that I have to tell somebody! THESE WERE SUPER FINE SANDWICHES. Fresh, full, dripping beautifully with cheese, mushrooms and more AND UNIQUE! The bread seemed homemade! It was nicely crunchy outside and soft inside and warm and fresh. Have the cheesesteak- delicious. I ordered 2 sandwiches to go. I got a Philly Cheesesteak and a grilled chicken 12 inch sandwich on “toasted bread”. I could not leave without tasting the Cheesesteak. It was great. I am from South Jersey/Philly and of course Cheesesteaks are their thing. This IS unique, it is not a copy but the fresh bread and the taste was much better than many places in New Jersey etc. I can go on and on about how delicious. What more should someone say in a review today? It is close to BJ’s in Cary. I am thinking how to keep 30 sandwiches fresh tasting for an upcoming party. Lastly, I am trying to think of how to preserve the freshness for a home party in the future.
