Came here about month ago. The cashier had no idea how to ring up a Capriottis gift card or a combo meal. Manager had to help and she screwed up and charge me for drink and drinks ala carte. Then God forbid you order a hot sandwich, they took forever to make a Philly cheesesteak and the quality was terrible. Meat is diced never had diced Philly cheesesteak. Then I revisited the place today because unfortunately for me I still had money on gift card. Same clueless cashier who a month later still doesn’t know how to ring up gift card. Then manager tells me I owe a balance for meal. I saved my receipt and after showing receipt from first visit, she apologized for error. I smartened up and ordered a cold sandwich this time which came out almost immediately. Food is ok and place is clean but I won’t be back until they replace the incompetent crew working there. BTW. Jersey mikes is up the street and food is comparable with a competent staff

I am basing this entry strictly on what I ordered this time as I have been here before and ordered really good sandwiches. I ordered the Wagyu beef with Au jus. The au jus was very watery beef broth - not really even edible, so that was disappointing. The sandwich itself for being Wagyu beef was just average, nothing worth the price overall. Staff was super friendly, but when you order online it seems to take a long time, they seem to be super busy but maybe it isn't the most efficiently run shop.

Just the absolutely best ingredients! The only place to get turkey sandwiches because they fresh roast their turkey on site. The wagyu roast beef is pretty special too.However, they can be slow and they don't build their sandwiches correctly.

We left after one bite. Cheese steak had such little meat in it you couldn't see any meat with the roll closed. Bobbie had the oldest stuffing ever. Tasted like it was in a refrigerator for at least a week and looked like cut up pieces of a yellow dish sponge. The rolls were dry and stale. We grew up in Delaware with the original Capriotti's sandwiches. They need to close this sorry imitation.

We got classic cheese steaks and they were so good!! Made fresh with great seasoning and the bread was really good! Mervin was so friendly and had our food out to us quickly. We will be coming back!

Had the turkey Bobbie sandwich - I loved it much better than WhichWich's Thank You Turkey sandwich. I do wish I could buy their roasted turkey to take home for dinners similar to how I could get from Boston Market before it closed locally.

Mervin and the crew are always accommodating. Good is great. Service is stellar. Highly recommend The Bobbie if you love Thanksgiving anytime of year.

Mew made my Dad the best sandwich! He especially raved about how soft and fresh the bread was. I didn’t catch the other individual’s name I also spoke to, but they were both so warm & friendly. I ordered on 3/4 around 2:30pm. Please share with them they did an awesome job welcoming me in on my first visit. Great customer service and we will be back!
