The store was dirty in the lobby and the restroom. Trash overflowing. We were going to eat there but decided to take food to go. The food was tasty as we love Cava. However if I had never eaten Cava I would have left based on the state of the restaurant.

Keandre at cava at crossroads is the best. His personal skills and ability to relate to people are top notch. Cava should do whatever they can to make Keandre a permanent representative of this restaurant and teach every team member what it’s all about. Never met him before and he interacted and showed some love to his customers. One of the best customer service experiences my son and I have ever had. Big shout out to Keandre and all the best to him. Sic’em Baylor Bears 😉

I recently dined in at CAVA and had an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The manager, Tyler, was exceptional — friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about providing top-tier service. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, making the visit feel genuinely personal and welcoming.
The entire staff mirrored his professionalism — every team member was polite, helpful, and efficient, which made the atmosphere warm and inviting. The food was fresh and flavorful, but it was the outstanding service that truly set this location apart.
It’s rare to see such a well-run restaurant where the leadership and team energy shine through so clearly. I’ll definitely be returning soon.
