The place was dirty, staff was rude and I opened up my wrap and it was soggy with like two pieces of meat. I can't believe this place has such a high rating, they are obviously deleting bad reviews.

From the moment I walked in, the attitude of the employees was disappointing. The first employee who asked for my order seemed irritated that I was even there. Before I could finish saying what I wanted, he put the wrong protein on my bowl. When I politely clarified that I wanted chicken instead, he rolled his eyes.
Unfortunately, the experience didn’t improve at checkout. The cashier was just as rude when I asked to scan my rewards, seemingly because it prevented him to continue complaining to his co-workers about customers coming in.
I genuinely love Cava, which makes this even more frustrating. I’m younger than the employees I interacted with so I get being annoyed at having to be at work. But I was brief and clear with my order, and I wasn’t being difficult. There was no reason for the hostility. Because of this experience, I’ll be driving the extra 17 minutes to the Raleigh location just to avoid feeling like I’m inconveniencing staff by simply trying to order lunch.

Bre went above and beyond to help me
Had an issue with an order and there was no way to get ahold of help to get support for this issue. The place did not pickup the phone during business hours after repeated calls.
