The store was dirty in the lobby and the restroom. Trash overflowing. We were going to eat there but decided to take food to go. The food was tasty as we love Cava. However if I had never eaten Cava I would have left based on the state of the restaurant.

Keandre at cava at crossroads is the best. His personal skills and ability to relate to people are top notch. Cava should do whatever they can to make Keandre a permanent representative of this restaurant and teach every team member what it’s all about. Never met him before and he interacted and showed some love to his customers. One of the best customer service experiences my son and I have ever had. I love this Cava location! Quise made us the most delicious and appetizing bowl ever! I always enjoy the nice staff and delicious healthy options. I highly recommend this location. Bon Appetit!
