This is my favorite place for boba tea. The quality is top notch, better than other places I've tried close by. The Carmel Milky Way is a great no caffeine option but other options are delicious as well. Seating can be tight if you come during a popular time but there's plenty mid-morning or mid-afternoon.

Gritty/powder feel & taste from the matcha.
Regular straws are difficult to get into most lids and the boba straws are nearly impossible.
Also, the guy making the drinks kept wiping or touching his nose.

The tea was overly sweet, but decent; I recommend getting it less sweet unless you're looking for melted ice cream flavor. The ambience is stark white and almost clinical; sat to chat and the benches and stools were deeply uncomfortable. Plus, the music is just a Bluetooth speaker, so it's extremely loud anywhere near the speaker and not the most conducive to sitting and chatting. But the employees are attentive and the service is swift.

No longer the quality it once was. I use to love the taro milk tea here, but something has definitely changed. Drinks are milky and boba doesn’t taste as fresh. This use to be a must go to place when in town, but I don’t think that’s the case anymore. Sad to see things have changed.

Walked in after the remodel. Was shocked to see how different it was inside very bare and very white. No one working seemed like they wanted to be there and the cashiers only words to us is “is that it?” After each modification. Not sure if there was a change in ownership. Went to go sit down to wait for our drinks and the cushions were all stained and barely any lighting. Would consider this a place to sit and work. Drinks are definitely different in taste and boba is half the size of what they used to be. Not sure we will be back.

Gotdang these drinks were good!! This place was pretty busy when we stopped by, but our drinks were more than worth the wait. I got a matcha cloud and it was beyond. So earthy but then that cheese cap brings a little smoothness and sweetness. Insanely good.

Staff has changed and so has quality. I used to love the soy tofu. Today I went in and ordered and this what I got. A glob of gelatin stretchy tofu. They did give me a refund, but come one.
