Walked in after the remodel. Was shocked to see how different it was inside very bare and very white. No one working seemed like they wanted to be there and the cashiers only words to us is “is that it?” After each modification. Not sure if there was a change in ownership. Went to go sit down to wait for our drinks and the cushions were all stained and barely any lighting. Would consider this a place to sit and work. Drinks are definitely different in taste and boba is half the size of what they used to be. Not sure we will be back.
Gotdang these drinks were good!! This place was pretty busy when we stopped by, but our drinks were more than worth the wait. I got a matcha cloud and it was beyond. So earthy but then that cheese cap brings a little smoothness and sweetness. Insanely good.
Staff has changed and so has quality. I used to love the soy tofu. Today I went in and ordered and this what I got. A glob of gelatin stretchy tofu. They did give me a refund, but come one.

Drink tasted good but I paid for a cheese cap and I didn't taste like it was added. Paid extra for nothing. Wont be returning.
Excellent tea shop with lovely atmosphere
Really good flavor! And great boba texture!
The high ratings are false. Quality of food+drink is cheap, poor, and overpriced. After ordering multiple items, nothing was a standout.. Does the business not take any criticism? This is pretty embarrassing.. Why stay open?
This place is a joke! Quality is so sad that I even make it better at home. don't even bother with this place.. all my friends agree it's bad 👎
I was starving and decided to stop by Cha House for a tofu rice bowl, and honestly… what a complete WASTE of money. For $11, I expected at least something decent, but what I got was a sad excuse for a meal. First off, the rice was an overcooked, sticky, clumped-together mess, it didn’t even taste like proper rice. It looks like someone just tossed a handful of tofu chunks, some soggy broccoli, and that gluey rice into a cardboard box with zero effort or presentation.
This is what you’re serving customers? I saw the glowing reviews and nice photos before coming in, so I was expecting something fresh, appetizing, and thoughtfully put together. Instead, mine looked like it had been carelessly dumped together in 30 seconds. I wasted my $11 and completely lost my appetite. Absolutely disappointing. Save your money!!!!
Good unsweetened taro with boba
They use powder taro
Their boba is a little smaller than standard
They were out of stock from a few items the first time I visited on the weekend ..
And had to make some boba the next time I came on a weekday
Cute store and some merchandize

Enjoyed an iced black tea with strawberry - yum! 🍓 Not a very large place for boy 7-8 tables but the staff are friendly.
I’ve been coming here for many times now, and it’s still one of the best boba spots around! The classic black milk tea, bubble waffle, and pork chop rice plate are my go-to favorites. My sister really likes the matcha latte, 25% sugar with oat milk. Big thanks to the team and especially Kaley for the consistently great service. I definitely recommend stopping by to try their drinks and food! You won’t be disappointed!
The Thai Milk Tea was disappointing. Did it taste like what it should? sure, but very underwhelming especially after reading multiple reviews stating it was the best they’ve had.
Boba was good but a bit pricey
Ordered on too good to go a while back and decided to try it during normal hours and the staff is super friendly and the tea is tastey!
