The manager was audibly yelling at the kitchen staff, very rude to do so in front of customers. The food was mediocre, and the coffee was cold. Not the bob evans we are used to, that's for sure!

Coming to Bob Evans is always a nostalgic time. I am sad that I can't get the pot pie anymore, but the chicken fried steak is awesome (I usually swap the country gravy for brown gravy). Overall it's tasty and cheap if you get their meal deals.

Painfully slow service and there were only 4 active tables. The food wasn't prepared as requested. The bacon had an unpleasant taste. Tasted like it was past its shelf life. It's been quite some time since I have been to any Bob Evans. I have been to this one many times in the distant past. I would describe this location as troubled. The manager was very pleasant and discounted the tab due to the issues..

My mother and I stopped in for breakfast before running errands. Greeted, drinks and orders placed...no problem. Received our food about 10 or 15 minutes after ordering....my mother with her links, eggs, diced hashbrowns and berry pancakes....me with my bacon, eggs, Shredded hashbrowns and French toast. My mother's has browns were ice cold and her sausage and pancakes were room temp at best. My bacon was burnt and cold and my French toast and eggs were room temp at best. I immediately brought it to our servers attention so she took all of our plates and, I presumed, notified the kitchen that out order needed to be remade...and, mind you, I never take that request of new food lightly....I worked in the service industry for 20 years so I do not like sending food back. We waited another 10 minutes.....FOR BREAKFAST.....and not even a courtesy table touch just to let us know what we might be waiting on for our fresh, hot food. So I laid $4 on the table for my coffee and my mother's tea and we left. I won't be back to this location.

Nice server. The food was okay for breakfast. There's nothing to brag about. The only complaint is that the food wasn't hot. I don't understand why restaurants are slack about serving food hot. Oh, and the sausage patties were extremely salty ? ? and theyforgotaboutmy hash browns. Si, as an apology, they dis give me 2 slices of banana bread to go. Welp, on to the next restaurant ? ?
This is how I received my turkey dinner after driving 30 mins as the Durham store had none. This is clearly scraps where as it should have been two slices.

A little busy but great service and food as usual. Became our best go to place for breakfast and comfort food. Came on a Sunday morning which is why it was busier. Everything was freshly made. The server did forget to ring up our appetizer but it was no big deal as the food was more than enough and did see her up and down with her tables so it’s understandable on a busy day.

My mom and sister came to visit. We looked at other places before going here. It was an absolute mistake. After two attempts my side item was still cold and undercooked. My mom’s order was messed up and then when refixed it was not edible but she ate what she cooked. The guy whom I assume was a manager tried to provide satisfaction but did not have great customer service and when paying the bill did not stick to his word. This was one of the worst dining out experiences I have had. I will not be going back nor will I recommend it. If I was able to give 0 stars I would.
