I mean, what more can you say, they serve God's chicken. I will say, the location was probably one of the most clean Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. The chicken was hot and fresh, and employees was all super nice and seem to work together well.

At this location, the fries were under-cooked and not salted enough. They didn't serve cherry coke like the other locations. The parking lot is hard to maneuver with the drive-thru. I didn't feel like they wanted to actually park and eat inside. This location feels old and needs a refresh.

I haven’t had a good CFA in years no joke! I stopped going around CFAs at CLT because of many disappointments! After Clemmons location, this is definitely a great stop when we visit Raleigh again! Friendly and patient staff, very polite host welcomed us in, clean restaurant and restrooms; and the food omg the chicken was fresh, soft, flavored, spicy kick but not over powering, fresh waffle fries, pretzels bun was a new thing to try but definitely worth it! I don’t normally write lots of reviews unless I’m overly satisfied or disappointed. This one was definitely worth sitting and writing a review for! Thank you so much! I hope it continues to stay at that level!

I went through the drive thru this morning and was facing a potential rough day ahead. Jordan at the drive thru went out of her way to greet me and have a conversation. She eventually said “I hope your day is an easy one.” I didn’t mention anything about what was ahead. That doesn’t seem like a big deal, but small things like that go a long way. I just wanted to give her a shout out.

We stopped by here on a road trip and the person who took our order was so attentive and kind. She heard my husbands off hand comment when we finished ordering about forgetting to add coffee to his order and she gave him a free coffee. I made a mistake and changed my order after it had been submitted, and they were quick to alter it with a very sweet attitude. The burrito and burrito bowl were delicious with the perfect amount of cheese (I prefer less). Not every chick fil an exceeds my expectations, but this one did!

Ordered mobile dine at a low traffic time. Waited 20 minutes before finally going to get my food from the front. While I was waiting and my food was just chilling up front, several employees were wandering around chit chatting amongst themselves, no one came to check on me or ask why I was sitting there at an empty table. Interesting how some chick fil a’s are so on top of customer service and other can be so lax and oblivious. Very disappointed
