Barely received chicken in my bowl and when I asked about it I was told “that’s how it looks when I get it”. I simply said ok, smiled and walked away. But its never looked that empty before 🥲 very upset with the outcome

Chick Fila is known for great customer service!!! It’s their trademark but I guess things are changing. The young lady was not pleasant at the drive through window! I guess she was irritated I requested some condiments at the window. When she gave me the condiments, I said thank you, and she just ignored me! I said it again hoping maybe she just didn’t hear me… but what can I say, still didn’t receive a pleasant response!

Chik fil a is always an amazing experience but this location was absolutely incredible! The owner, David, was super friendly and very personable. He made our visit great 😊 the other staff members were friendly and kind! I highly recommend this location. It was very clean as well!

Chick fil A is my go to on a bad day but today just made things worse. Not sure if it was an honest mistake but received a spicy sandwich instead of regular. No markings on the bag. I absolutely hate spicy so was unable to eat it and since it was pick up and I was miles away before I took a bite and the spice burned up my mouth. I just ended up hungry.
