So I came in and picked up my food on my way late to work. I ordered two breakfast items and I stopped here because I missed my exit. Huge mistake.
They served me food half the size of what I’m normally served at the other location. The fact this cook had the time to manually count the ingredients told me everything I needed to know.
The only star is for the girl that helped me, the rest of the male employees had their back turned with no one in line, just me. And they skimped out on my condiments even though I prepaid. Last time I come back unless they fix their portions and service.

I can’t believe I’m rating a Chick-fil-A with a 1 star but it has to change. I hope corporate see this. The biggest issue with this location is the parking lot/drive thru. It needs to be totally re-done. (As an employee also noted while taking our order and apologies to us for the 40 min wait). It’s a weekday at 1pm. This drive thru should be flowing but it was designed horribly. The drive thru line loops around itself and once you get your food it’s almost impossible to get out which then in turns hold up the whole rest of the line and it’s a vicious cycle. I’ve never waited in a drive thru for fast food for so long. If you’re going to eat here, go inside. The drive thru even with mobile orders, is impossible.

They don’t even act like a Chick-fil-A… it’s actually comical. No one greeted me when walked in the dining room. The LEADER who took my order seemed very uninterested. Bagging was like 3 off screen. When the girl brought out my food, I asked her for cfa sauce and ketchup (because the leader taking my order didn’t ask me if I wanted any), front counter runner/bagger responded with “they’re in the lobby.” I then stood up to get the sauces and there was no cfa sauce… I walked up tot he counter to ask for some and there was a huddle of four people chit chatting and no one asked me if I had been served. I then had to ask out loud for them to see me and a gentleman handed me my sauce. I don’t know if this location has dining room workers but no one came and asked us if we needed refills the whole 30 min we were sitting there (including the time it took me to type this out). We had to throw our own trash away :) as well :) Overall, I never leave reviews but that was just too bad. I didn’t see any core values by a single cfa worker my trip inside today. I was just visiting this side of town and frequent the Roxboro Rd location in Durham and they really hold the standard high. They are the best by far so they get a shoutout! Anyway, do better Cary Crossroads.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! Do yourself a favor and go to the next one down the road. I have no idea what's going on here but the food is bad and the service is next level rude and unprofessional. I have had multiple bad experiences at this location the past year, so I try not to use this one. I won't bother explaining the past overcooked, leaving items off big orders, forgetting salad dressing and giving wrong toppings...you name it! What really gets me is the rude unprofessional manager I spoke with this evening. Chic-fil-a you are scrapping the bottom of the barrel with some of this crew. I have finally had it, I WILL NOT go back. I will eat at the other chicken place down the road! We pay too much to not get what is ordered and then have to deal with seriously bad management. Good luck!!! I owned a restaurant and know the importance of good people and customer service. I advise all other bad experiences to contact corporate and let them know what is going on or else nothing will change.

I got cut off and when I told an employee she rolled her eyes and ignored me. Then smiled and scoffed at me in front on Ellie. Will not be returning. If this is how all of their employees are, I’m scared they’re going to spit in my food. If you want Good Chick-fil-A go to the one in brier creek

Went to this particular restaurant on 1-24 2024! The waiter name was Ellie! Won’t feeing well so I got Chicken Noodle Soup! Soup was delicious but the waiter was very nasty ! I was very disappointed because this is Chick- fil-A ! Paid cash 4:17.. she said you can keep your little pennies we don’t take pennies at this restaurant! I thought she was going to throw my pennies back at me the way she said it! Maybe she was having a bad day but I won’t feeling well and I was very disappointed with this response over some pennies!!! I won’t be back!

All the normal greatness but they took their playground out and there’s a recent-ish photo on Google with it so that’s always disappointing. Unlike other chick fil as, if you order from the app they don’t bring it to your table, you have to wait in this pick up area- a pain with little kids. - especially little kids not being distracted with a playground.

Kid-friendliness: Not really

Poor service. Didn’t get what we needed to eat our meal. Refused to satisfactorily correct the issue.

This is the dirtiest Chick-fil-A I have ever seen in my life. Food and trash on every inch of the floor, over half the tables were not wiped down. Not on point for the brand.

I love Chick-fil-A, but this one has always been a tricky one. I think the location and design of Crossroads overall is crazy but if you go at lunch, expect a long wait in the drive-thru, especially with people who block the drive-thru exit. Inside can be chaotic at times, too. It's a super busy location that really needs to expand. Too bad they didn't buy the old Pier One and destroy it for extra parking and redesigning the overall drive thru.
