The only bad thing about this location is the location. The parking lot is a cluster, entering and exiting the lot Is painful and dangerous at times. The drive through situation is just getting worse, too many cars, people abandoning hope waiting. I think the location and lot is terrible for this business.Parking: Super busy parking lot and drive through, it’s a trap. Find another location
Teresa and Alfonso were on management and did not tend to my order efficiently. They were also rude to the other employees and did not treat them with respect. Will not be returning.

The past two times we got drive thru the order was not right. Forget a sandwich, put 4 of the wrong sandwiches , forgot the top bun to 1 sandwich failed to give enough sauces. I really wonder why the sandwich was packaged without the top bun. Too expensive for this and they were not willing to resolve the problem.

I go to this chick fil an all the time and the food is good cfa food but the service oh my, worst chick fil a I’ve ever been to service wise they are still good for fast food i guess but they take forever and it’s clear the employees just don’t care, I once got my food very late and they still forgot my milkshake and I watched the employee tell another employee to make my milkshake that employee say yes then proceeded to stand there and not make my milkshake for 15 more minutes, do better
Ate 2 spicy chicken sandwiches here today they were really good. Cashier "Katherine" seemed low key rude maybe she was just having a bad day today. I may come here again but I hope I have a different cashier next time.

I've been a Cary native for most of my life and have been coming to this location for years.. Ever since I noticed the change in staff, the customer service has gotten worse. The food doesn't even taste the same, it's either overcooked or undercooked. And they RARELY get my order right, which I've experienced ONLY at this location so far. The people who stand outside are very short and unpleasant when taking your order... I drive around to see which employees are outside before joining the line to avoid getting my day ruined. I used to love this location, now I avoid it.. Sucks because this is the closest one to my house.

We LOVE Chick fil a, and get it a couple times a month. The first time we came to this location was a Saturday summer afternoon around 2pm and waited in the drive through line for 45 minutes. They didn't seem to have the system that other locations have of taking orders ahead of the window, but once you are in the line you are stuck. We have tried to come back a couple other times mid week and the drive through situation always takes such an unreasonaly long time that we will opt to go someplace else instead.
