Typical Chick-fil-A spot. Service is consistently great and I’ve never had issues here. Food always comes out just as expected, with the same reliable menu as everywhere else. A solid, dependable chain where you know what you’re getting.

Grilled chicken was not warm. Order taken stopped taking my order refill 4 young girls cups.
Have gone to this location a few times. Their quality in food, customer service, and operational policies is inconsistent. Today an alleged, “ marketing team member”, made an excuse as to why they couldn’t refund us for the cold and old fries they gave us with our meals. Mind you, this was after we already had to walk into the establishment to correct ONE of the mistakes the girl working the drive thru made. She asked for a name to be put into their systems so that if we came back, they’d give us free fries… no refund. What happened to the days of customers coming first? This was my last visit to this location.

So this Chick-fil-A has recently reopened after renovation, but unfortunately for the worse.
Routinely get less than the full nugget amounts. This morning my kids 12 pc only had 11, but 2 of those were tiny bits of breading with little to no meat -- so really was a 9 pc.
They also no longer put out online pick up orders out for pickup. I understand that it is due to people just taking (stealing) other people's orders, but they now have no process for picking them up short of waiting in line.
There is no queue, no signage, nothing to streamline that process. This is the 3rd time in a row that I had to wait all way thru the main line and ask for my food.
To be clear, I only go to Chick-fil-A bc my kids crave it. But given the issues that keep getting worse, not better, I will do my best to limit the times we do.
Update 2 Jan 2025: Reduced to 1 star. Tried to order ahead for our 2 kids, clicked "I am here" button and went inside. People who came in after we did, waited in the full line, ordered, got their food while we were still there. Got attention of the owner/Mgr (I think he was called "coach") and informed him that it had been 20+ mins since we clicked here.
He tried to tell me that it was in queue, which I said would be impossible. He then basically walked away to deal with other issues. So I went to back of line, waited, and then got to cashier and told her of issue. She then tries to go explain to "coach", who frankly seemed almost addled with confusion. Eventually the young lady and coach go back and bring out the 2 meals we had ordered and indicated we were there for 25 mins earlier.
Would have been much quicker to just go wait in the line. Wish they would not offer a service they cannot provide. And can't wait for my kids to be grown so I don't have to go back to that crummy place. Several other people in line were laughing and all agreed that this is one of the worst Chick-fil-A locations around...
