Terrible delivery experience and total absence of customer service.- Using the CFA app, ordered delivery- Door Dash is the only delivery option as they are integrated into the CFA app- After DD driver picks up food the order disappears from tracking on CFA app- Call CFA store and speak to a manager indicating that CFA tracking has disappeared and I’m not sure if I will receive my food- CFA manager says there is nothing they can do since DD has picked up the food. They tell me to call DD if I want to find my order since I chose DD for delivery.- Never get foodThis is a terrible experience. CFA has DD integrated into their app for delivery and then washes their hands when something goes wrong. Not good enough. Won’t be going to this location or using CFA app again for delivery. Awful.

I had a be our guest card and (Andy) refused to accept it because it wouldn’t scan correctly. Then when I got a spicy deluxe the bottom bun wasn’t toasted properly and was not buttered enough.

In 2024 we still have to display such negligent acts and behaviors. If you cannot show respect to everyone that comes through that door and acknowledge them you should not be there.

I was recently Here today, When one of the managers (andy) tried to accuse me of stealing a bag of food when i did not. he proceeded to try to kick me out until i finnaly convinced him after 5 minutes to check the cameras i was patiently waiting for around 20 minutes when i peer over and see andy back in the kitchen. i walk over and get his attention and i asked him if he checked the cameras he said yes and gave a horrible apology saying he only saw one angle and gave us nothing in return. do better chick-fil-a
I do want to start this off by saying I will still continue to go to this location. The staff are always wonderful whether you’re in the drive thru line or inside. Seating and facilites are always clean.My one issue really is just the presentation of the food sometimes. This is the 3rd time I’ve received food that just looks thrown together. I get that there are timers for everything and that staff are trying to stay within a certain wait time but, I do think that this is a small issue that could be easily rectified.
