Consistently courteous service, usually about a minimum 5 minute wait going through the drive thru, even with me always using the mobile app.
Issue today - ordered breakfast items through the app, picked up at 10:20 am. Didn't check my burrito until I got home and it is completely wrong - I ordered a hashbrown scramble burrito - sausage with no hashbrowns. What I received was a chicken burrito with hashbrowns. Disappointing - too late to go back and fix since breakfast ended at 10:30 am.

I've never written a review before, but the stories I've heard from employees here are outrageous, and of course they are too scared to report them, so this will be my first review. While this store has great food, efficiency, and somewhat good in-person service, the employees are not treated well. I've heard numerous stories of blatant gender discrimination, selective enforcement of the rules, rude and toxic managers, and an owner who has no patience, understanding, or empathy. My boyfriend did not want me to write this, but I feel that it should be known that this Chick-fil-A has absolutely appalled me. I hope other customers see this and order food somewhere else because the environment here needs to be condemned. Thanks for reading, and I'm not responding to anyone who comments on this review.
