Absolutely love this place. They're different types of chicken salad were amazing. My favorite was Olivia's old south. There was a young lady at the register her name was Anna and she was so pleasant and kind and had such a sweet personality. I loved it so much I went back again today. Atmosphere was nice,quiet and the pricing I thought was very reasonable.

The cashier couldnt have shown he hated his job more than the guy that took our order. I loved the angry look I got, after giving a 10% tip on a $24 TOGO order they didnt even walk out to me. They just called my name and i went to the counter and grabbed it. What am I tipping for? I gave $2.40 to someone. Maybe the manager because we didnt have a server. Why are you even asking me to tip, on an order I received no service from? But for the fact you charged me $10 each for 2 sandwiches only and 2 drinks. Then i guess you thought it was cute to include no tomato, no lettuce. Just bread and chicken salad.
To the manager, its not a problem. Our measley $2.40 tip in addition for me to pay you to make the food and then you literally hand it in a bag to me wasnt good enough according the sneer your cashier gave me, then the crap sandwich you made out of retribution. All good, our friends and family wont be back either over something so trivial and stupid.

I recently visited Chicken Salad Chick and walked away with mixed feelings. The parking situation was terrible, which made the visit a littlle frustrating right from the start. Once inside, the atmosphere was nothing extraordinary — it definitely has a typical deli-style vibe, clean and casual but not particularly memorable.

I went in with high expectations because I’ve heard so many people rave about their chicken salad, but overall, it was just okay to me. I tried Fancy Nancy, Olivia’s Old South, and Kickin’ Kay Lynne. Each one had its own distinct flavor, but none really stood out as exceptional. They were fine, just not the “wow” experience I was expecting given the hype.

That said, the customer service was great. The staff was friendly, patient, and helpful when explaining the menu, which definitely helped balance out the experience.

While it didn’t blow me away, I would return — mainly to try a few different flavors or grab something quick and easy. It’s a solid option for a casual meal, even if it didn’t quite live up to the expectations I had going in.
