This place is completely hit or miss some days they get your order correctly and some days they add or forget things. To top it off today I found a hair on my food and they got it wrong. Just wish more consistency and care for the food I'm paying for.

Have not tried Chipotle for a very long time but did so today because of a fundraiser event for my granddaughters’ school band. The experience was awful. The person receiving/setting up our order could not have been less interested in helping us as relatively new customers. We had to tell the cashier 3 times that we were here for the fundraising event and I am still not sure that our order contributed to the event. And, the food was only average in my opinion. The chicken was ok but the “steak” was fatty, gristly, and tough. The tortilla chips were stale and the serving size for kids meals was paltry. We won’t be returning anytime soon.

My app glitched when placing an order. [Order didn’t go through.]. Tried to check in the store if it went though or not, employee snapped at me saying if it’s not up there, it’s not ready. I had been civil asking. I had to check with another employee who looked it up for me. First employee snapped again maybe it’s at another store. It wasn’t. I’ve been coming here often but I wouldn’t be anymore. Poor customer service overall.

Arrived at 6:30pn and spent 25min in line with only 4 people ahead of me that each ordered a single item. They only had two people between the register and food serving. They were out of all of the meat except for chicken. The credit card machine wasn't working and they were all out of ice. In addition there was trash all over the drink counters, tables and floor.

Ok here’s my thought about this chipotle went in on a Sunday for the area it wasn’t to busy the one by target in Morrisville wow that one was so bad don’t go there I have to drive special to go to this one food is fresh not sitting there for hours the nice and friendly employees are a + great customer service me and my boys will b back for sure good eats 👍stir clear of the other one for sure in morrisville won’t be going there

Don’t buy food from here. Ordered online and the food is absolutely disgusting. Cold and unseasoned. On top of that gave me the wrong order with cheese and corn on it neither of which I eat and smelled horrendous. This location has gone downhill.

I placed an online order for two beef Barbacoa bowls. The food was tasty as always, but they skimped hard on the meat. I doubt I even got 2 ounces which is completely pathetic. I could have ordered extra meat for an extra 5 to 6 dollars but honestly, I didn’t do it because I didn’t trust that they would actually apply it. Chipotle, stop being so cheap! If you can’t afford the meat, then just raise the prices and give a decent serving. You should be embarrassed by serving anything less than 4 ounces- which wouldn’t even be enough for myself.

This is my favorite Chipotle to frequent. The staff is on the ball here and super attentive. The food is always fresh and never looks like it's been sitting for ages. I also like the dining room here as it's big and airy and doesn't feel like a cafeteria. Keep up the good work and we'll definitely be back!

Ordered a burrito with the normal stuff but it was dripping from the amount of juice. Like soggy, and coming apart. Watched the lady squeeze a lot of juice out of it but it didn’t really help. Never seen that happen at any other chipotle, also ordered a kids meal with brisket to find brisket in the meal. Also got kicked out as they were closing. Happy to leave and not comeback.

Ordered take out. Wife picked it up had to ask for forks and napkins. Staff was super nonchalant about fulfilling their jobs because it was 9:30. Hardly any lettuce in my bowl. They didn’t put any on hers. Very little queso in my bowl. Chips were stale. Too much lime not tossed so it just sat in the chips and made them soggy and stale. 1/5 chipotle experience.

Literally order the same meal every week. All in all it tasted great still but it just wasn’t uniformed at all to any of the other chipotles in the area.

I expect better service out of chipotle. Maybe consider staff that wants to work.
