Although they seemed very busy and highly understaffed, she was respectful, kind and did everything she could to get my mobile order to me asap amongst all the other order she was doing. I showed up an hour before they closed and the doors were locked. Everyone was cleaning inside I thought they might open the door after seeing me but they didn’t I ended up going somewhere else.

Looks like the staff changed and now the people on counter doesn't want customer to be there. The server was intentionally skipping, just want to hurry and when the whole bowl after created portion was about half then what I use to get. Myself and the next customer just walked out from the place without meal, bec she was just miserable working there. This was my go to place on the way back from gym, but not anymore.

I’ve been going to Chipotles for decades. This is one of the best run locations I’ve been to. Everyone is super friendly and swift. I love that this is rhetorical location closest to me.

This location has gone downhill if today was any indication of their norm. Staff was pretty friendly, however the dining room was not clean, ice machine was out of ice, soda was flat, and the food was just OK. This used to be a good location. Hopefully it was just a bad day?

Walked in the person up front said that they didn’t have rice, even though I saw some on the counter and in the back service area. The guy in the back talking very loudly on his phone informed them to get the rice from the side. They were all yelling at each other and the person serving me seemed high. This is normally my favorite chipotle so I’m disappointed this is the case. Food was also far below usual taste and quality.

Walked in about 1:30 this afternoon and they had no food. No protein at all. How does a restaurant have no food? And you still expected us to order with just rice beans and cheese available? Terrible!

Absolutely ridiculous. Ordered online. My burrito was folded in 4…not rolled. A BUTTITO! Folded…lol. 90% rice, Incorrect meat, no queso that I paid for…If you want to eat here you’ll have to go in person and micro manage the staff to do it right. Employees only care to clock in/out and collect a check, not about quality of food.

Last night I went to buy dinner, it was around 9 pm, they did not have enough steak for two orders, one of the employees brought more steak with their gloves, the rice was so hard.
Omg this is the worst of the worst this food should be in the garbage and not trying to sell this trash absolutely horrible can't be even call food, this thing been sitting here for hours dry and bad I'll never going back to this place ever

I usually enjoy Chipotle, but this location was disappointing. The ingredients didn’t seem fresh, the meat was dry, and the portions were noticeably smaller than other locations. The service also felt a bit off — just not a good vibe overall. Some Chipotle spots are great, but this one really missed the mark.
