Food was great but the rewards system was down when I ordered. I chatted with Chipotle online and they refused to issue me points back even though I had the receipt. Terrible customer service.

First time at this location. The staff blasted through serving a 20 something member baseball team. Not a single seat inside. The team @frostburgstatebaseball politely left when people started heading outside for seating in freezing temps. Great meal! The staff performed great under pleasure!

I ordered a Sofritas Bowl with brown rice, pinto beans, guacamole, fajita veggies, corn, and mild salsa, along with a side of guacamole. Unfortunately, what I received was incomplete: just a small portion of brown rice, pinto beans, Sofritas, and a little guacamole.

I understand that shortages can happen, but I believe customers should be informed either through the app or at the time of pickup if certain ingredients are unavailable. This would allow us to make adjustments to our order.

This location has been the most disappointing experience I’ve had so far. With two hours left before closing, it’s frustrating that they ran out of ingredients and didn’t prepare enough to last through closing. I hope they can address this issue in the future to improve customer satisfaction.

I’ve seen McDonald’s cleaner than this place. The staff look like they’re mad at you for ordering. I don’t ask for someone to be the happiest person when making my order, I could honestly care less if they even even smile at me, but the guy looked like he hated me for asking for my food. If this was the last restaurant left on earth, I’d eat dirt over coming here again
