Ordered from an app. This is the third time I ordered from this location and every single time my order is messed up. Last time I will order online.
The short hispanic lady that working was very rude, I brought in a drink from outside and said I couldn’t bring it into the restaurant. I asked for no beans I guess she couldn’t understand and gave me beans. The food was okay, but the service was terrible.

Food was great but the rewards system was down when I ordered. I chatted with Chipotle online and they refused to issue me points back even though I had the receipt. Terrible customer service.

First time at this location. The staff blasted through serving a 20 something member baseball team. Not a single seat inside. The team @frostburgstatebaseball politely left when people started heading outside for seating in freezing temps. Great meal! The staff performed great under pleasure!
