This was our first visit to this restaurant. We had been introduced to Chuy's while traveling in Texas. A big shout out to our Server, TODD! He gave our family ( party of 6) a wonderful experience this evening. He was very attentive, bringing us what we needed even before we had to ask...He was on it! He works smart and has a great personality. He even came back to thank us for being good guests and for his gratuity. Next time you go, ask for Todd! You won't be disappointed.

They forgot my side of guacamole and when I called up there I was transferred three times and had to explain it three times so after the fourth time being put on hold I gave up. They can keep my $3 I guess. The food we did get was good though.

Chuy’s is our go-to for amazing Mexican takeout! My wife loves their perfectly cooked, flavorful steak, while I can’t get enough of their huge grilled chicken burritos—always packed with fresh ingredients. Their queso is hands-down the best in town, and no order is complete without their rich, melt-in-your-mouth tres leches cake. If you want bold flavors and generous portions, Chuy’s never disappoints! Highly recommend!

The new Chile relleño and green chili chicken burrito - superb! The relleño has a delicious crunchy coating, not greasy and soggy like so many are east of the Mississippi.

This was my first time eating at Chuy’s and my experience was great. They had a large crowd but my wait time wasn’t long at all. The server took great care of me and checked on me in a timely manner. My food was good and plentiful and the guac was fresh and good too.

Today, we enjoyed chicken fajitas at Chuy’s! They were delicious as always! Our server, Jessica, was wonderful!! What a keeper!! Not only did she take good care of us but we could also hear her providing phenomenal customer service to her other tables around us! My husband and I love to go to Chuy’s. They have the best Mexican food ever. My favorite is the steak burrito. My husband is the steak and chicken fajita. The salsa and chips are awesome. Guacamole and a jalapeño dip they make is great too. The service is always top notch and the restaurant is always clean. We have Chuy’s out in Colorado too. So we were thrilled when we found this one.

Waited 47 minutes during a holiday week to eat here with an entire dining room closed. Watched tables sit for more than 20 minutes and not get cleared. Their food is good but not worth an hour wait. The staff was not very apologetic and there was certainly no manager out apologizing or trying to keep people calm. Disgusting. Not sure I'll ever come back to this location. Lousy service for dine in and gave up 50 minutes of my life that I'll never get back. Only to be told there were four more families ahead of me. I was told this was a 15 to 30 minute wait. What a lie!! Absolutely ridiculous understaffed and a dining room closed!! 12/30/2024
