It used to be a lovely place to have dinner and a movie, but now it's mediocre food and torn up seats for a lot more money than it's worth.

Was a great experience and date night with hubby the other weekend. Food was delicious but the cheesecake was amazing. Highly recommended for a date night or a nice family dinner with a show.

The staff and manager was so professional!! We had a problem with our online tickets. Johnnie, the manager came and addressed the issue and then personally took us to our seats and checked on us several times to make sure everything was OK. Then Diavione, the server was just a joy and so pleasant. Great service all around!! Great experience!! Will definitely go again!

I had a great experience at this theater. I purchased tickets on Fandango but didn’t get them. The manager Johnnie worked with me and allowed my bank charge be used as proof. Our waitress Diabione was prompt and gave great service. This theater is clean comfortable and has great staff and service. I highly recommend!

The food is superb. The service has always been great and is consistent. Menu selection is very good. I have been to this establishment 4 times and enjoyed my experience each time. Keep up the good work and a special thanks to the great chef working in the kitchen. Will continue to make this my primary place to watch the latest movie and grab a delicious bite to eat.

This theater was my go to theater to see all the latest releases and to share a memorable time with family and friends. Things are just not the same anymore seats look worse for ware.. the movie I took my partner to see glitched and never came back on . The wait staff are wonderful . The menu has never changed as it used to . Before there was always something new to look forward to , now it’s always the same items and something is always down . Pains to say but this will be my last trip to this theater .. not worth the price and experience is not up to par . Hopefully the owners can do something

I used to come here pre pandemic maybe twice a month it was my favorite place. Now it’s completely gone down hill and needs to be refurbished ASAP. I understand theaters took a hit during COVID but this is place looks completely neglected and abandoned. The food also needs major improvement.

Great place to watch a movie and eat a fru-fru dinner. Unfortunately over the last few years, all the theater seats have gotten worn, with the faux leather worn away and exposing the material underneath. Comfortable, but cheap seats.

Food & drinks were good but the seats were horrible!!! Scratches all over and the color was barely even noticeable. Seats need to be reupholstered ASAP
My first time here was awful. Everything looked so nice but the food was horrible. My date got a chicken salad an Said chicken was raw. I got a shrimp Ceasar salad My shrimp was chewy. Then they had the water in fancy bottles, spring water an it taste like salt water. We got a refund on food but not tickets

I already knew the seats were going to be run down based off of everyone’s reviews. What I didn’t expect was the theater ceiling to be leaking. While watching the movie the ceiling kept constantly dripping water on my boyfriend and me. It got so bad that we had to move seats. However, the only seats that were available were in a worse position than the ones that we originally had. So needless to say it ruined my experience here.

Prior to our most recent visit here on March 2, 2024, my husband and I last visited this CineBIstro probably a year or two before Covid (2018 or 2019) and the atmosphere was very different. Before it felt like a high-end cinema experience, but now it looks rundown. With how many of the seats are damaged, our guess is that whatever cleaner was used to disinfect during Covid compromised the integrity of the fabric resulting in considerable damage to the surface of the seats. The service and quality of the food is still good, but based on the quality of the equipment and issues with some general housekeeping, the experience is not worth the price anymore.

Staff was very nice and quick. Have been here a few times in recent years but agree with all comments before, place is going downhill. Upholstery needs updating. Bathroom smelled like sewage. It was awful. Hoping there is a "facelift", soon!

It's a simple industry, take their ticket and then their money if they want snacks. I was met with an attitude right in the door about last call and "so since you're lite if you want a drink you'll have to get it yourself at the bar" like okay, first of all I'm driving, second of all I wouldn't have ever even questioned anything, she wouldn't know this bit it's my first time at a theater that serves food etc. The only thing good about my experience was the movie (which the theater had no part in making) I just wish I had a choice to watch it other than laying down, or staring at the floor. You're screwed if you wanna bend your fricken leg at all.
