We ordered Cookies Monster and it was raw from the inside. As everything was good. I recommend this place if you would like to eat Vegan.

used to absolutely love this place and ordered from here frequently, but i’ve ordered from here twice within the past few weeks and received the wrong items. i ordered a monkey bread ROLL both times and received banana bread instead. i also ordered a plain roll with plain frosting and received a stale roll with little to no frosting that had completely dried up

I went in and got 2 cookies, a banana bread and a cinnamon roll. When I got home and tried the banana bread, I noticed that it tasted spoiled. I called and no one picked up nor can you leave a message. Quality and safety are severely lacking here. I hope I don’t get sick but this is down right negligent.

I’ve been coming to the location for about 5 years now, since it was still relatively new. The quality of the rolls themselves has declined (the dough used to be far less tough; it was softer and slightly airier) but i was still supporting them. Until i went in today and my go-to signature roll that’s always been $7 is now 8 (over $9, with tax). Then when i opened the box, there was so little icing I had to guess if it had been added at all. I can’t justify spending 9 dollars on a subpar cinnamon roll from a place that specializes in cinnamon rolls.

Paid almost $20 for RAW cinnamon rolls. They were very undercooked. Swimming in watery icing. You can’t call them to inform them because their phone number is conveniently disconnected. Huge waste of time and money.

First time trying vegan anything! She was very respectful and was nice about telling me what toppings they offer to customize my BUN! This Cinnanholic was the best cinnamon Bun I ever tasted! It beat the regular ones!

I believe that this is one of the best place that serve Cinnamon Rolls and it is absolutely delicious 🤤 and the service is actually the best ❤️
We had recently received gift cards for Cinnaholic and went over to get desserts. Their machine was changed/ updated so could not read them, we ended up just paying by CC and left. However, owner promised to talk to corporate and get back to us (she took all our contact details). Still waiting for the response even after a month. Very disappointed in the Cary location and the lacking attitude of providing better customer service, didn't see any effort of fixing the issue or reaching back to us. Definitely not going back.

I love the idea of a vegan cinnamon roll shop, and was super excited to try it, but it was all way too sweet. Ended up scraping off all the toppings and trying to just eat the roll. If I went back, I’d just get plain unfrosted rolls. If you like really sugary things, you might like this more tho!

On my fifth trip to this place the customer service continues to deteriorate. Person up front botched my order, so I asked for a refund. After disappearing to the back for five minutes person returns with what I presume is the manager looking very put-out. After fiddling with the ordering screen for a minute, manager confirms my credit card number then states it's done. I ask for a receipt. Both manager and employee look confused and state they don't think I can get one. Manager flippantly instructs me to take a photo with my phone before walking away without so much as a nod as I say thank you. The previous cinn buns have tasted fine -- great even, in some instances -- but I will spend money on sweets elsewhere going forward.
