I used to like going to this Cinnaholic , but haven't been in over a year. I think it has newish owners. It has gone way downhill. The man behind the counter didn't seem to know what he was doing. They were out of multiple toppings. The counters where they prepare food looked very messy. The whole place was dirty, but especially the bathroom. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. There is a strange smell in the store and my food tasted like it. I had to throw everything out. I will not be going back to this Cinnaholic again.

I just tried Cinnaholic for the first time after hearing rave reviews from friends. Unfortunately, it did not deliver. I ordered the original roll. It was rock hard, clearly microwaved within an inch of its life. I could barely cut through it with a knife.The icing was melted and the “butter” was all separated. It didn’t look at all like the photos of big fluffy roll. This was like eating a sweet hockey puck. I will say, the gentleman behind the counter was extremely nice, and the turn around time was fast. I just wish the roll itself had been edible. I tossed it after 2 bites.

Terrible experience at this location today- whoever was working this afternoon was on another work meeting when I came in. Proceed to made the order wrong, added an item that there’s an allergy to and once we found out when we got home said “my bad” and the challenged me on what needed to be refunded.

Last night i placed an online order at Parkside Main location in Cary NC. I paid via applecash, it said “order confirmed” sent me a confirmation & a confirmation code. It also had visibly subtracted the money from my account via CINNAHOLIC. the order was placed at 8:17 on November 5th. Upon arriving the “owner” informed us he’d not received the order through HIS system, therefore could not make my order. Even after showing him the confirmation code & receipt he still out right refused to accept that. The total was $4.82. Just a scoop of edible chocolate chip dough with pb cups & COFFEE frosting. He then made us REplace the order & pay another $4.82. He finally gave us our 1 scoop of edible cookie dough with cookies & cream frosting (wrong frosting but whatever i guess). I truly don’t think $4.82 is THAT important but i find it frustrating he HELD MY PHONE AND VIEWED THE CONFIRMATION RECEIPT & STILL CHARGED US again. seems kinda slimey & out right sketchy. i really enjoy cinnaholics product but i will absolutely not be purchasing a single more item for THIS location.

Honestly, the worst cinnamon bun I have ever had. I had such high hopes but wow, this was disgusting. My husband and I tried the original and it was rock hard, had a massive scooping of overly sweet and bad tasting frosting. We took one bite and immediately threw it out. Not worth trying whatsoever.
The server seemed to hate her job, disinterested to the core. The food had so much Cinnamon almost tasted bitter. Wobbly tables and disgusting restroom perfectly complimented the overall experience. Overpriced and under deliver.

I ordered 3 different cinnabons two at $8.50 and one was $11.50. I was so excited to find this place. Staff was friendly. However, I went to the bathroom after placing the order and it was so nasty.🤢 The toilet had a huge black, gray, and some orange-ish rings. There were dead bugs all over the floor, the sink was dirty with dried soap and dirt. Looks like the bathroom is not being cleaned at all in weeks and not ever had a deep clean to address that toliet situation. To have so many dead bugs the floor is not being sweep daily or weekly. And if there are bugs there. What does the floor look like in the kitchen and food prep areas? And if the employees don't care about the sanitation of the bathroom then I doubt they care how the food is being handled. I received my order and threw it was when I got home. I will never be back to this location. This place needs the health inspector to visit ASAP.

Slow operations, was picking up and it took like 15 min , while there were few more customers. I believe short in stuff. No music inside, hence if you are eating inside , will be hearing all the fridge and machine noises

the bathroom of this establishment was beyond disgusting, the sink was filthy, the toilet looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a few weeks, and there looked to be dead bugs on the ground. I ended up throwing out my order once I received it because I couldn’t eat it knowing that’s where the staff would be washing their hands and it being that filthy.
