Slow operations, was picking up and it took like 15 min , while there were few more customers. I believe short in stuff. No music inside, hence if you are eating inside , will be hearing all the fridge and machine noises

I’ve been coming to the location for about 5 years now, since it was still relatively new. The quality of the rolls themselves has declined (the dough used to be far less tough; it was softer and slightly airier) but i was still supporting them. Until i went in today and my go-to signature roll that’s always been $7 is now 8 (over $9, with tax). Then when i opened the box, there was so little icing I had to guess if it had been added at all. I can’t justify spending 9 dollars...
