If you’re craving a sweet treat or celebrating a special occasion , this Cold Stone is the perfect spot. Warm , welcoming staff. The store was clean and tidy. We enjoyed the rich, creamy ice cream. I will definitely be coming back soon!!

I really liked it i have my spot and the ice cream tasted nice and the employees were nice and the store was fairly clean like i can see the parts that could be cleaned but i can tell it would be hard to clean those spots so overall i loved this store.

Disgusting , unsanitary not clean ordered ice cream not one employee had gloves on just with their bare hands grabbing toppings from the containers and putting them with their fingers directly onto the ice cream. ? i asked the employee to put gloves on , she did , but after making an argument that “ we wash our hands , our hands are clean” my kids took a couple licks off the ice cream and we trashed all of them , they all got stomach aches. the quality is not anywhere near to what this place used to be, it’s actually very poor. will not be coming back
Love going to cold stone. It is my favorite ice cream place. This location is always super clean, well stocked and very friendly. Even when there’s a line, it moves quickly. Super fun place to get ice cream with the kids.

Top notch ice cream! Fantastic service. Owner and staff always has a smile on their face and answers questions and are so very patient with just one more sample please ?. Wonderful selections interesting combination of flavors that work well together. Definitely 5 stars here. Can't wait to try other flavors. A must try for sure!!!

I got a very large container of a create your own ice cream from here earlier this week and it was the most amazing thing in the world. I think my life expectancy grew several years due to the perfection of this ice cream.

Literally LOVE these guys!!! I come to the Cary location every time just so these guys can fix my ice cream! coldstone is a staple item in our house & we always gotta have some in the freezer. Every time i come in they already know my order & greet me with so much joy! I refuse to go to any other location & i love seeing them every time i come in!!
