We frequent this Cold Stone a lot and have spent countless $$ here. We will not be returning to this franchise after today. Our daughter dropped her ice cream as soon as she got outside and was told even though that she dropped it, she has to pay for another one. She had only taken one bite and the rest was visibly on the ground. To pay for another one is insane but they will not see any more of my money at this location. We will go to Apex or Durham next time. $6 mistake.

This is my 3rd time ordering from this Coldstone location and it is by far the best. Prakash and his wife are absolutely AWESOME! Have never failed to impress me and this time was no different. The Minecraft sheet cake was picture perfect, fresh and ready just when I needed it. Couldn’t ask for more! I come from Durham to Cary even though there are 2 other locations in our area because I prefer the cleanliness, the quality and above all, the outstanding service!! I was ordering for 2 toddlers and the lady taking our order up charged for a regular cone. Then when asking for a spoon gave the little tasting one. I understand they need to make money, but do not cheat paying customers.

From the attitude of the attendant to the boldness of the fly perched above the mix-ins, it was not a pleasant experience. Maybe using a larger scoop to measure out mix-ins instead of the sample spoon they use will result in better mixtures.

The server and the fly hovering over the counter ruined my appetite for ice cream, so, I will not be returning.
Visited on 8/4 at around 6 pm. 2 girls were working. 2 customers ahead of me. The workers were kind of slow and I had to wait about 10 minutes until one of them became available, but instead of taking order from me who has been standing there for 10 minutes by the register, she goes ahead and takes the order from a man who just walked in and stands on the other end of the store. Wow , what a customer service! At this point I don’t even care about your ice cream…

They don't know how to scoop the ice-cream. They cut the flakes of ice cream into the cups. They are also conservative on the serving portions. Insist on full cup servings. The location is good and the outdoor seating is nice.

The Despicable me 4 limited edition ice cream matched the quality of the movie. Throughout the movie we are given several plot points and new characters, which all seem to be very crucial to the overall story-line, but as the movie progresses we can see that these things all amount to nothing. The movie leaves us with a tasteless mess that becomes hard to chew and swallow. Not enjoyable. This ice cream reminds me of this mess of a movie and a sad excuse for a money grab. Glad it is leaving soon.

I told the lady making my icecreams about my BOGO coupon, she said OK. When I got to the register, the guy looked at my coupon like it was foreign. He didn't complain and gave me the discount. When I signed the CC slip, he looked at it, scoffed, and crumbled the paper in his hand. I think he was upset I got one free and didnt leave a tip. It is a to-go order, not going to pay a tip. SMH.

Beware of cakes in the fridge. They sold cake prepared on 06/26 on 07/14. We used to go here regularly. This time we were in a hurry and picked up the cake from fridge for a friends birthday. Did not check the date while picking it up. But the cake was icy and hard. Then we checked the date and figured it was made on 06/26. Beware and check the dates before buying
