The food is good, but not worth the price. Service is better as they do go the extra mile for you when it comes to details. They could be a bit more attentive and check in on you more frequently. Drinks are good.

Excellent service and beautiful place. We had a lovely dinner. The casarecce was delicious. The scallops in the Scallop risotto were awesome. The risotto was so-so. Focaccia bread was very good. But the best was the spumoni semifreddo Alaska for dessert. It was amazing. Look forward to visiting again!

Some of the best food we’ve had in the triangle. On the level of some of the more expensive and fancier restaurants we’ve been to

Great service, great food, and a nice ambiance. We dined here for our daughter's 15th birthday and they went above and beyond to celebrate her. They gave her a really nice personalized gift and she felt very special. Greg was our server and he did an excellent job. If you're celebrating a special occasion or just going out for fun, this is a really nice place.

My recent brunch at Colletta was amazing! I tried the steak hash cooked medium-well, and it was seriously delicious. The steak was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. My friends loved their dishes too—zucchini pizza, chicken parmesan, and shrimp and grits—all winners! The ambiance of the restaurant added to the overall experience, setting the perfect backdrop for a celebratory meal. However, it's the service that truly stood out. Despite encountering a hiccup with the assistant manager, whose demeanor was unfortunately unwelcoming and unprofessional, the rest of the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience. Their warmth and attentiveness helped to overshadow this isolated incident, emphasizing the professionalism and dedication of the majority of the team.Update 4/4: I understand that there may have been some confusion regarding the reservations, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused by the misunderstanding. To clarify, I did receive an email confirmation on March 18, explicitly stating the intention to combine the reservations to accommodate a party of 20. Additionally, I spoke to a server on March 18, who assured us that the restaurant could accommodate our group. Offering this information a supplement to my orginal reveiw. To be clear, proper action on my end to alert the restaurant, so I believe the breakdown was internal or a technical issue from the booking website. Thank you for responding. I appreciate your willingness to address the matter and your commitment to improving the handling of similar situations in the future. Again, my food was delicious, and the restaurant is beautiful. Looking forward to visiting in the future!

Not worth it

Foccacia was the best part of the meal but still cost 7 dollars. Pasta was over done and tasteless. The Chicken Parm was tasteless as well. Wife got watered down pasta. No amount of parm would change the outcome. Everything needed salt, flavor, and pepper flakes to even get it up to par.Espresso Martini was good, but 175 dollars later, we were very disappointed and will never go back. I don't leave reviews unless I feel like I've been gypped. Ouch

I believe I was drugged at this restaurant. They probably drug every meal to keep customers coming back, but perhaps went a little overboard on mine. An unusual brief euphoria followed by strong insomnia/agitation until 5 or 6 AM. Very overwhelming and frustrating. This has happened in the news with plenty of restaurants over the years. No need for this type of abuse as their food is good enough.

Colletta knows how to make you feel special on a unique occasion! Along with other things, their small touch of customizing the menu is such a nice touch. Our server, Reem, was incredibly kind and attentive. She and the chef made sure that my wife could eat a delicious meal, given her dietary restrictions. The food was great. The team hit a home run on our special occasion dinner.

Was able to get seated without a reservation on a Friday night. Our server gave us some really good recommendations and answered all our questions. The pastas here have really good flavors and the portion size was decent too. The only thing that I was unhappy about is that the pasta doesn't have the same texture/chew that homemade fresh pasta should have. For this price point, I expect fresh handmade pasta. We also ordered a mushroom dish on the side which I absolutely loved! I am def gonna come back to try the pizzas next time.

We’ve been wanting to try this restaurant for a while now since I’ve seen it on IG and from getting some good reviews from acquaintances. My husband made a reservation for yesterday at 2:30pm. We walked in and right behind us a gentleman ( whom we later discovered was a manager, by the name Ralph) my husband held the door for him and didn’t acknowledged the fact and didn’t say thank you. While at the hostess stand he suddenly says “ We’re getting ready to close, we’ll reopen for diner at 5pm “ I looked at my husband like “okay, what was that about?” Then the hostess came and I informed her we had a reservation, but asked her if they were ready to close because of how he approached us, she said we were ok since we had reservation. she then proceeded to sit us. Long story short, I don’t think that was the appropriate way to approach any paying customer. That was just rude! The food and service was pretty good though. Having my thoughts on coming back here again :/ Making us feel unwelcome without asking first instead just assuming we walked in.
