Solids choice for pub food; fish and chips were decent to good (maybe a touch heavy on the grease/oil) and the Diablo burger was good but didn’t quite rise to the fire/spiciness advertised. Fried pickles were crispy and had a good zing to them. Overall this is worth a try if out and about in Cary.
It was nice to sit outside for dinner. Weather was good. There's no way to make a reservation, luckily the wait was short. In general the food was good, however on this visit, my fries were cold. I asked our server to replace them, and that never happened. Took a while for our server to return with our second drink order, and by the time she followed up on the fries, we were ready to leave.
Food was great, atmosphere was great. Service......not so great..Waite staff took some time to even take our order, and did not check in to see if we needed anything through dinner.
