Very good food, great wine selection, and enjoyable tasting flights. The ambiance was lovely and made for a nice outing.

Service was a bit inconsistent during our visit. We didn’t see our waitress very often, and one interaction felt less welcoming than expected when we asked a question about the menu. That said, the food, wine, and atmosphere were the highlights, and overall we enjoyed the experience. We’d consider returning.

Four ladies for lunch on a Monday. Sat outside on a beautiful day. Everyone liked their food. It's a bit pricey for lunch with apps at $17, sandwiches and salads $20, and entrees $22-34. Add salad to an entree for $16. It's a wine bar.

We had a 5:00 PM reservation on Mother’s Day and were very disappointed with our experience. When we arrived, the manager seated us as if everything was normal. A few minutes later, our waitress came over and asked if the manager had informed us that the restaurant had run out of food and could no longer serve us. We were honestly shocked and confused.

She explained that they had a large rush earlier in the day and were not prepared for the amount of customers. While we understand holidays can be busy, it was incredibly frustrating that no one contacted us ahead of time to let us know not to come, especially since we had a reservation. It also made no sense for the manager to seat us knowing there was no food available.

Overall, it was a very disappointing and poorly handled experience.

Mothers day brunch was a disaster. Entres were delayed by over an hour. They ra. Out of the deserts on the special menu. The man at a nearby table cussed them out and left. It was absurd. No excuse for this.

Went on mother’s day and was quite dissatisfied with the service and the food. We ordered the seabass, and it was ice cold on the middle. Additionally, the portions were exceptionally small and service took an incredibly long time. Left with a sun burn and an empty stomach!

If I could give the place a 0/10 I would. My husband made reservations for yesterday, we were running late but called and they said it was fine because they were 30 minutes behind. Get there, a worker complimented my shoes as I was walking in and out of 6 people working no one said anything to us. We were standing at the door entrance for maybe 2 minutes. Dirty tables, seats at the bar were open but no one even acknowledged us. We had never been there and I don’t believe you seat yourself. I would never go back there. Apparently they did not want our service so we walked across to the Italian restaurant and they greeted and seated us immediately. Great and professional service there at Colletta. I do not recommend Cru. Trash service.

We had an excellent time here. The wine flights were great and the staff members Miranda and Aryiah were super informative and polite. We will be back when we we're in town next!

My wife and I went here on a Thursday at 615, when they were ~10% full. Ambience was very nice. Ordered an app, a salad, an entree, and a pizza. Cold app came out first, then the entree halfway through the app. Salad came out halfway through the entree, when we noticed that the pizza was done and ready to come out. We asked that it not come out, as we weren't remotely ready. All of this was in the span of about 15 minutes. Pizza came out 15 minutes after being made, all with cooked prosciutto and wilted arugula. Yeah, we're picky, but we're also paying $100 for a meal, where a $25 Chik-Fil-A dinner would've been so much better. Manager was gracious and understanding, but still...

Ordered the cheese fondue as an appetizer and the steak for dinner. The food was delicious and the wine flights were a lot of fun. Fun place to hang out and chat with my friend on a Sunday night.

Such a cute.luttle spot tucked in the middle. Perfect for a glass of wine and a little snack or even grab a sweet treat. Customer service was a little slow but they are super sweet and fun. Yes, they do have beer for those that dont drink wine..

My husband and friends went to Fenton to celebrate my birthday and we stopped at Cru to have a drink. We were standing outside when a server came and very rudely asked what we thought we were doing messing with their outdoor heater. We were standing near it to get warm and never once touched it. This server was so nasty and rude and we were all stunned at how nasty we were treated. We immediately left and will never be back. Steer clear of this place. They have zero idea what customer service is.

*Do NOT go to CRÚ if you have a food allergy. Do NOT go for special occasions/holidays.*

Im not mad, but I am disappointed. The servers and kitchen both performed well, but CRÚ is shockingly unaccommodating of food allergies and the value for the experience is *very* poor - especially when other, better options exist in Fenton.

We went for Valentines Day Dinner, which I would not recommend. It was our first visit - and we were looking forward to trying the wine flights and the various dishes. The restaurant, known for flights and various small dishes, locked us into a valentines 4-course evening menu and would not offer flights. Many of the courses were heavily shellfish-based, I have a serious shellfish allergy, and couldn't partake in the first course (the only option was a shellfish soup), and had extremely limited options on the other 3 courses. When I brought this up to the waitress, she said the restaurant had no wiggle room on the menu, and management would not allow any substitutions - and many other customers with allergies had brought it up before us.

So - we had to go without the first of the four courses (we still got charged for it, of course.) - and we had extremely little choice in what we were able to order for the rest of the dinner. Not offering flights was also extremely disappointing, as we were looking forward to trying everything on offer.

Overall, what we did eat *was* really good, and our server was attentive and super polite. But for a $200+ dinner and customers with food allergies, it was a disappointing and an incredibly frustrating experience. There are many places to dine in Fenton, and you'd be better served to take your business somewhere other than Cru - especially if you're looking for something easy, accommodating, or if someone in your party has a food allergy.
