I don't usually leave reviews but I was really blown away. The quality is terrific from top to bottom. The cheesecake texture is the right balance between creamy and dense- a balance I've had a hard time finding in store-bought cheesecake. I'm often disappointed in cheesecake crust as it frequently feels like an afterthought but not here. The crust is soft enough to yield easily to the fork but doesn't crumble away or feel dry. Mixed experiences. Wish descriptions were better. Asked about peach cobbler cheesecake. Told it was crust, peaches + NY cheesecake. Cakes are shown uncut side out or are whole so can’t see the layers. Cobbler was slightly gooey bread-ish and some peaches. 1/3 crust / dough. Didn’t like it. Really delicious homemade cheesecake! Was easy to order online. We got exactly what we ordered and it was ready for pickup right on time. A little on the expensive side, but worth it for special occasions.
