This used to be an exemplary DQ; literally the burgers you could get here looked like commercial model burgers.
Lately, however, the quality has degraded severely. Two large combos ordered with Sprites and one with no tomatoes cost us $25, and for our money we got straight-up carbonated water and tomatoes where they shouldn't have been on a sloppy sandwich, with poor service and being asked to pull forward to wait to boot (when we were the only customers in the drive-thru) -- which would have been fine had the orders been correct or the food good.

I am incredibly pregnant and really wanted a blizzard so my fiancé took me to this DQ last night. We ordered our blizzards, paid with a card, and went home. When I got home I looked at the receipt and realized the person working the drive through had tipped themselves 20%, I was never even asked if I wanted to tip and honestly I’m not tipping a drive through worker anyways. I called and asked for a manager, the person I spoke to said they were the manager & seemed to not give a single shit that their employee literally stole from me. But said if I came back in they would issue me a refund for the money that was stolen from me. So I drove back today, 15 minutes from my house, asked for the manager and it was obviously just a shift manager who again didn’t seemed to care at all. She gave me $3 in cash. It’s the principle of the whole thing and the tip was $3.65 so I told her I wanted my 65 cents also, like this is literally theft the LEAST they could do is give me the total amount they stole from me. They did absolutely nothing for my inconvenience and I’m pretty sure nothing will be done about that employee stealing from me if I kept it in house so I called corporate also. I was a shift manager at a chain restaurant while I was in school so I know they could have done more and should have, but the way they handled this was incredibly subpar. My blizzard was good tho.

They asked for three extra things at checkout: a donation, extra toppings for an upcharge, and a tip. DQ has been my go to ice cream place since I was a kid. I just want to be able to pay and leave with ice cream. They've 100% lost me as a customer for life at this location.

Me and my son have started stopping there on our way back from Duke. We always get the $7 meal deal with an upgrade to a blizzard. The food is always fresh and good. The service is always great.
Ordered the 3 piece chicken strip meal, but only received 2 short strips, and found strands of hair like a faded purple which my hair is not. Yuck. This location used to be good, but now is hit or miss.

The I got a bacon double deluxe cheese burger with barbecue sauce no pickles. There is no bacon or any of the ingredients on my sandwich besides barbecue sauce,mustard and cheese, in the description MUSTARD FONT EVEN CONE ON THE SANDWICH. I got no tomato onion or anything on my sandwich just mustard cheese and smothered in barbecue sauce. This is crazy if you see the order in the screen where do you pull such a purrr like this from.
