A lot of the games were broken or just barely working. Food and service was good, but we go for the games. The one in Glenn Allen is great!!
Just left on April 20th around 7:10pm. The worst service ever. We saw her two times maybe once to take our order once to bring drinks. Kid and wife left to go play games as I waited 20 minutes for server to bring check. Other services passing by, manager in nice button up red shirt never once walked around to check. I could have walked out and no one would have even noticed. Not even really that busy to be honest, lots of dirty tables sitting though.
I don’t recommend coming here at all. I guess if you’re just looking to spend money on games it’s fine, but if you’re looking for a place to eat I would strongly recommend ANYWHERE else. McDonalds would be better. Food was lukewarm after we waited over an hour for it to come out (chicken tenders, so it wasn’t complicated). Waiter never took our drink order.
