I wish they had a bit more options of games and that they didn't cost so much. We came in on a whim on Sunday and was glad it was half day but the prices were still pretty steep and the machines kept breaking.

The food was fine, however our waitress was not. She asked, Do want any sauce? I said ranch. She brought 4 which was excessive. She did not ask how many or state that there was a charge. She didn't clear anything off the table the entire time we were there. We waited 30 minutes after eating for her to come so we could checkout. My husband was standing up for 15 minutes and 1 of our guests had left. I asked her about the charge for sauce and she stated they had changed the policy. Again no heads up on the charge or addressing that she chose how many sauces. It was a very disappointing experience.

Food was the absolute worst i’ve ever had, if you want to vomit this is your place! Over priced, made us sick.. manager is invisible i guess. Bartenders are drinking behind the bar, no wonder my Mahi Thai had no alcohol in it. Absolutely disgusting place with just as disgusting people. NASTY. don’t waste your time or money.

I use a wheel chair and the manager was incredibly accommodating, adjusting a table and chairs just for us. He took our order personally and the food was delicious. 10/10 managements. Massive eating space, small play space. Definitely geared more toward children, except for the giant bar haha.

What a fun place! We went on a Wednesday night. We ate first and then played. Since games were half of a $30 card lasted us over an hour. The food was good and the portions were big. My kids loved it!

Ive been to D&B several times at multiple locations through the country, my experience below is pretty accurate to each visit. However upon recently discovering their holiday hours, this establishment should be ashamed of itself for opening on Thanksgiving. Food and service were good. Games could use a little adjustment for win rates. Specifically the strength of the claw machines.
Wish the games were kept in better condition, but my son loves it here. The cyberpunk game regularly jams, the Mario kart games have wheels that turn automatically or don't register movement, just a bunch of little things like that. I don't wanna have to chase down a member of staff to reload credits and mess. The food is decent usually.

I visited this place for the arcade but also got the spinach dip appetizer to go. They barely gave any dip but tons of chips. I was disappointed about that especially for the cost. But the taste of it was not good at all. There was way too much spinach and artichoke in it and the taste overall was bad. As far as the arcade goes, there are a good variety of games. I was happy with that and it was a lot of fun, however, I got the best value pack and spent $120 for 900 credits. It said it was a $225 value. The games are priced way too high in my opinion as the credits went by extremely fast. I don't feel like I got the value it advertised. I did get a couple of the jackpots on the games so I was happy about that. When I got to the prize section, there were a good selection of prizes. When we picked out what we wanted, we went to check out and we were literally only lacking a few tickets and the last would not let us get it knowing we would probably never go back there. Overall I would say I had fun but the service was a disappointment, the value was a disappointment and the food was a disappointment.
