There were only two cooks at the time that we were there last Sunday. Our kids received their food long after our appetizers. I spent $150 on cheap food and games .The waitress was great! The overall experience was POOR. I could have spent $150 a number of better ways with my family than this experience.

I ordered the Philly cheese steak egg rolls which was delicious and my grands ordered the three cheeseburger sliders which they really really enjoyed sweet tea was good great service 👌❤️

I was disappointed with our experience at this D&B. I purchased 5 game cards for our family and my 10 year old almost immediately lost her card when it slipped through a crack where she rested it on the game. We could clearly see the card on the floor under the game, but they were unable to reach each. They wouldn't refund or issue a new card even though we had just purchased it a few minutes prior. One meal came out burnt, and all of us went home feeling sick to our stomachs. There was also a pretty graphic violent movie playing on the big screen which was scary for my kids. The server was nice, the food wasn't brought out all at once but that might not have been her fault. Regardless, we won't be going back.

Sunday was the perfect day to attend D&B. It wasn't overly crowded, our server was awesome Ana's the noise level wasn't too loud. My family and I enjoyed this visit to D&B to celebrate a birthday.

From online to location in Cary, utilizing app, setting up reservation, Hosts at front, ALL STAFF is available, friendly and the stage is set for 100% positive experience for all. Very grateful to have made the decision and taken the opportunity to attend Dave and Buster's in Cary for a night out. Will definitely be supporting their business again and having another family night out to remember! Great customer service and memorable moments are priceless!!! Too many names to mention because everyone was on point!!!

Food wasn't bad and the cocktails were good. Service is horrible though. You can tell no one wants to be there. The host didn't even say two words to us and our server stayed away from us as much as she could. I told her it was someone's birthday at the table and she said okay and literally nothing happened. She dropped the dessert and left.

Great experience celebrating our 13-year old grandson's birthday. We had four kids and three adults. While the experience wasn't cheap, we didn't expect it to be! The food and drinks had plenty of delicious options which wasn't what we found on the website, so pleasantly surprised there. Our server, Ann, was... AWESOME (give that lady a raise!). Not only was she polite and efficient dealing with four hungry teenagers, she helped us make the best “deal for your money” when it came to managing the game cards AND the food! She saved us a bunch of money! Again, thank you, Miss Ann! Previously mentioned that the noise level was high... well, what would you expect in a place with loads of arcade games?! This is a fun, active place; it's not a place for a quiet, intimate date dinner! Overall, we had a fantastic time with no complaints! The kids may have wanted to stay a few hours longer, but... 😊

We were told by the server that if we got up to play games our food would be fine and we could come back to finish it. Not only were our full drinks and food thrown away, our family photo was thrown away!! There were plenty of open tables around ours so it's not like it was extremely busy. For what we spent in food and games it's extremely upsetting that all of our things were thrown away!

From the moment I sat down, it took 45 minutes just to get a waitress. Then, after another 30mins. The waitress that was assigned to our table never came. Even though she waited on 2 other tables that were right beside our table. So, another waitress was assigned to our table. She was professional and quick. Got our orders and brought over our drinks and explained what games could and couldn't be played with the supposed to be Unlimited Card. I mean, if I'm paying for the Unlimited Play for 90 minutes, I should be able to play every game. Not the select few that don't give tickets.
Now the food. All but the kid's meal was cold. The chicken in the Catina Chicken Nachos look like it was supposed to be the chicken used for the salads as it was cold as well. The fries were cold, the hot wings were cold and the chicken in the Catina Chicken Nachos look like it was supposed to the chickenfor a saladas is was cubed instead of pulled.. The only thing hot were our drinks.
This was my first time in a Dave and Busters. I was expecting a more pleasurable experience. I was immediately let down from the time I walked til I left. It's sad when you go out to have fun and eat. Then leave to go eat somewhere cause the food was not good at all.
Came by during my road trip from Georgia to Winston Salem. Awesome variety of games compared to other D&B locations. 10/10!

Going into the place it was a okay atmosphere and 1hr wait before we had to get a table. My party ended up going to the bar while the kids play games to waste time.
