Just left on April 20th around 7:10pm. The worst service ever. We saw her two times maybe once to take our order once to bring drinks. Kid and wife left to go play games as I waited 20 minutes for server to bring check. Other services passing by, manager in nice button up red shirt never once walked around to check. I could have walked out and no one would have even noticed. Not even really that busy to be honest, lots of dirty tables sitting though.

It was an amazing experience but it was hard for my grandma who is in a wheelchair to use some of the games. there was only one bathroom in the entire building. in my opinion it should have one more closer to the entrance to give people easier access to a bathroom instead of rolling/walking really far to use it.Wheelchair accessibility: It was accessible but some things were hard for my grandma to use

D&B's is my fav place wherever we travel but this one seems to struggle on the service front. Our server took our order and did not return until we requested the check from someone else. The chicken for our Voodoo pasta was super dry. There were also a couple of games not working including the zombie game that wasn't showing the pucks once the sunk. Lastly, the winners circle was disappointing. So much out of stock. I sincerely hope D&B's gets it together!

Thanks for responding. The food was cold and the drinks were watered. My fries finally came out hot after the 3rd try. Mac and cheese was cold and boneless wings were cold and overcooked. Apparently our server was busy she kept apologizing because she was not attentive to us. To get a 5 star I would need food to be hot and decent when I first receive and also better service. Thanks for asking.

I really hated my time at Dave & Buster's. They facility was disgusting. Games were often broken. Very few actually fun games and those had lines... yes lines in an arcade! Not to mention there's 100 kids running around when this is supposed to be an young adult arcade (hence the alcohol and sports on TV). Won't be coming back here!
