The staff was amazing. Very busy Sun morning. They never stopped moving at this small fun spot. Always friendly. The food was excellent. Mimosa carafe was a full bottle of Prosecco and carafe of OJ, mix yourself. Omelet was great. Biscuits huge. Gravy delicious. Buffalo chicken wrap yum. Penny in biscuit picture for scale.

Nice lil quaint spot... They have a good life menus with some goodies. Will repeat. Had the egg sandwich on sour dough with beef bacon?

I had an amazing experience at Daybreak! Amazing food — I got the B.E.L.T. and fresh fruit, as well as coffee & a mimosa — their drink menu is great, and I can’t wait to try more of their menu when I come back. They also have wonderful customer service (four different employees checked in to see how we were doing throughout our meal). Definitely a great addition to downtown Cary! I will 100% be returning.

We were sat by a hostess but a server never came over to greet us or take our drink order. Ended up leaving. Also, it was SO hot in the restaurant. Three stars because I can't comment on the food

Stopped in for a bite to eat today after visiting the Cary Farmers Market. The restaurant was very busy but as I was by myself, I was seated very quickly. I ordered the avocado toast with a side of chorizo. My food took about 20 minutes to arrive and it was lukewarm. The egg on the toast also was a bit overdone. Overall, the flavors were good but the food would have been better if it were hot. Given all the positive reviews, I'll come back on a weekday when it's less busy and give Daybreak another shot.

The atmosphere was great and the staff was nice and pleasant, but a little slow.Unfortunately, having something that looked like lipstick stains on my mug made me a bit more aware and critical of the place. Once I pointed out the issue with my coffee they apologized and replaced it right away.I ordered the hot chorizo biscuit. I think the chorizo was almost burnt and the biscuit didn’t taste very fresh.Maybe they were having a bad day. I wouldn’t mind giving them a second shot.

Cute spot in downtown but when I asked for a customized pancakes (add Nutella and bananas) they said “when it’s busy the cook can’t make things off the menu. Thought that was a simple request as they have a Nutella banana sandwich on the menu. Pancakes weren’t cooked all the way and batter was ozzing out.

I accidentally posted this review under their sister restaurant Crosstown. I cannot comment on the food as I never had an opportunity to place my order. After 15 minutes of waiting for a server I decided to take my business to a restaurant that cares a little more about their service. Important to note that my visit was at 10:35am, not exactly prime time. Wait staff of three tending to a 50% occupied restaurant. I like to support local ownership but it didn't work out this time. Won't be returning

My first time eating at Daybreak. Had a breakfast meeting this morning and enjoyed comfortable seating outside. I had the breakfast burrito, my associate the Rancho Huervos, both were excellent. Really enjoyed the staff , both servers checked on us in a timely manner and were quick to replenish our ice tea. Enjoyed some hiking tips near WCU from our server. Looking forward to coming back soon. Wishing you much success.

Lovely little place, I ate on the patio. Didn't have to go inside the building at all. It's downtown so parking is a potential issue, but I was able to park very close on a Saturday morning. Their menu is interesting and non traditional, they brought me salsa with my omelette. Good experience overall, recommended.

Great place to have breakfast. The loaded home fries were delicious. Also the Avacaddo toast was fantastic. I will definitely go back. Most of all they have a super team of people working there. ?
