I left a review 9 years ago that I have since deleted because I am no longer impressed with Diced. Two wraps, a bag of chips, and a drink is now $39! I get that the cost of everything is going up, but it seems Diced raised their prices a bit too much.
I would hope the increased prices mean the staff get paid a living wage, but considering that they have a contest for the most number of mentions in five-star reviews, I doubt it. The prize, btw, is a $100 gift card. Lame.

Me and my mother went yesterday . Mine was fine but i got the vegan salad. The price was a little steep. My mother got the salad wrap with chicken and a spinach wrap. The chicken was to tough to eat and the salad was chopped to death and was mushy. The avocado ranch dressing had a bad flavor as wel. The spinach wrap was like rubber or leather and uneatable.
Was craving a Caesar wrap last weekend and found Diced. I hate when you get a wrap and all you taste is the wrap because they are stingy on the filling which primarily is lettuce… I went to the O’Kelly Chapel Rd location and the wrap I got was wonderful!
I went back today very excited to get the same thing but at the Kildaire farm location. What I got was a shell of what I received at the other location. The wrap was a 3rd the size but the price of course didn’t change. Very disappointed and will likely not be back.
Good place to have a salad but it's very overpriced. $18 for a salad is too much. In that much money, you can have 15 days worth of salad at home. I ordered a harvest crunch and salad was hit on the dressing point but tofu was chewy to the point it became stretchy. Service was very good in a way that they added things to the plate which were not part of the order.

Woman behind counter was very rude. Left without ordering.

There is simply no sanitation. I have never seen such a dirty toilet anywhere. The tables and floors are also very dirty - there is nowhere to sit and eat. The garbage container is absolutely not intended for plastic plates. The work table where they make salads is also a mess. The staff is friendly but lazy. The owner does not see the problems in front of his nose.
When I called, the girl who answered the phone was rude, and disrespectful. All I needed to know is if they closed @4 and if they had white rice and romaine lettuce. And the girl seemed annoyed and sarcastic. What she said was, “I mean if you make it in time but yea” but very rudely. Customer service is not the best but other than that, food is good if they don’t run out of what you want.

The hours are till 4
Walked in @3:30 - out of romaine and rice bad looks from the register lady because apparently she’s mad about us coming in 30 mins prior to closing. If nobody wants to serve before closing then their should be a sign “don’t come in because we are cleaning for closing”

Really nice people, great counter service, felt very welcome. Staff were very kind and patient, even though there was a line - which was dispensed with efficiently.
I opted not to get my salad chopped into bits. Didn’t look appealing to me. I had to say so, or they do it automatically.
It was absolutely massive. I’d have preferred a half portion but probably not feasible to do halves. Lots of dressing options, but if you like creamy, it’s mainly Ranch :( Great to have such fresh & healthy choices but I’m a ‘difficult salad child’ and didn’t like mine at all. My partner finished it and thought it was great. Kudos for recyclable bowls - easy to take home.

Fresh, fast, and reasonable prices. They actually chop up your salad (hence the name "Diced") - if you want. Love the gluten free and vegan options!

Tofu was rubber which made the whole meal unpleasant to eat. The smoothie place next door was better and healthier.

Tip if you are going during the week:
Don’t bother ordering online at lunch time. You will get your food much quicker just getting in line. I came in and waited 20 minutes AFTER the website stated my order would be ready. I could have been in line and gone multiple times while I waited. I finally jumped in line and then they pulled my ticket and started making it right away.
Staff was working as fast as they could. Maybe they should consider turning off online ordering at a certain cap.
