Drove 20 minutes for the place to be closed at dinner time… 6pm on a Monday. Update your hours if you aren’t open so people don’t waste their time. Seriously?

It's unfortunate the experience we had here on 12/21/24 @ around 2-4 p.m. The "Host" for better words, had a horrible face and attitude towards my family and I. I could care less if the food was amazing, which I'm sure it's not, But a lousy attitude would still keep a potential good customer away - good sign as to why the place was empty when we got there. Best of luck with that type of representation.
The Meats were perfectly smoked and the BBQ sauces were too. The sides were good but didn't compare to the smoked meats. Service was awesome. Atmosphere was good too.
Food was excellent, staff was friendly and professional. Will definitely be coming back to this location

I don’t think I’ve ever left a one star review but I had to for this one. Service was great but the food itself was not. We stopped coming to Dickey’s for 3 years and today we decided to give them another try but very quickly realized why we stopped coming. We spent $59 for 2 meals, the food was dry and unseasoned and the sweet tea did not taste good. We are now loyal to City BBQ. I hope this wasn’t too harsh.

Google isn’t reliable on food anymore. Straight mediocre. Edible I guess. Nothing special about anything I ate. Brisket was dry. Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful!
The food was just not good. I had the Brisket sandwich, and it was dry even with the addition of barbecue sauce. The cole slaw was decent, but the baked beans were hard and unseasoned. I was genuinely disappointed in the food. The young man who worked there, however, was very helpful and provided excellent service.
They need to clean the tea dispensers and keep them sealed. They were left slightly open, so I got a Sprite I did not want.

Ordered ahead to pick up 5lbs of meat and 2 sides. When I got home from picking up the order, I realized they had only given me 3 lbs and no sides. I returned to pick up the rest and was told my order time was in 45 minutes, even though I clearly had an order receipt with the specified time and had just picked up half of it. I waited while they laughed and joked around before I was eventually handed the food. Before heading home, I checked the order and realized it was for someone else. I explained to them and again received back talk and total confusion on what I was waiting for. I then had to wait again while they stared at my order receipt trying to make sense of what I had ordered. Finally, they put it all together and I rushed home to try and arrive before my guests did. Once home I realized they once again forgot both sides, and the pork was extremely greasy. I tried to call guest experiences to speak about the issue, left a voicemail and haven’t heard back. Terrible experience and will not be back.
