Just ate dinner there and it was nearly empty. The staff eventually greeted me. I had never been there so wasn't sure what to do until they eventually told me, but not right off. I also saw someone else walkout because they were ignoring them. Really expensive for a bbq sandwhich combo. I'm used to more like 10-12 not 17. I also asked for slaw on the sandwhich but didn't get it. Not a great experience but I have never been in the area and wasn't sure where to go.

I just walked in and there were three folks in the back. One person at the register looked at me and did not say a word. The other two oblivious. Yes poor customer service - walked out. Will keep traveling out of the way to City BBQ.

The food was sooo delicious! If you like bbq you won’t be disappointed. I usually prefer beef ribs, but these pork ribs were seasoned to perfection. The location was clean which I appreciate, and the staff was friendly and I did not feel rushed trying to order for a large party.The most important thing to me was the service. The owner/pit master and the other employees serving us was so kind and accommodating. We felt right at home having a good meal with good people. We left full and happy. This was the best barbecue chicken I’ve EVER had, and Rudy was so kind when making our food! The sweet sauce is 10/10.

The chicken was really good very juicy & tender the sauce was amazing they definitely know how to season.However those were the worst ribs & brisket i’ve ever had. The brisket was incredibly dry it’s like eating drywall with a meat texture. The ribs would almost be redeeming if it wasn’t pretty much beef jerky at that point; It had the consistency of bark from a tree. I might just be a BBQ snob because im from the midwest but it was incredibly underwhelming for the price point. The sides were 11/10 though & the staff was awesome!!!

Ordered the 3 meat platter and the two ribs were completely dried out and there was barely any meet there. What was supposed to be sliced brisket was a tiny bit of shredded inedible bits. The cheddar sausage was good. It’s pretty unacceptable to pay over $20 and get inedible food. Not going back. The three sides were good.
