I placed an order for 3 pizzas and 4 sauces more than 30 minutes before close and a lady (Naomi) called me from the store to tell me “they’re systems were down” but then had a terrible attitude when I said I would prefer to wait, that’s an option she gave me. When I replied telling her it was my families dinner she then proceeded to tell me that I should’ve ordered earlier, which was extremely rude. I’ve worked for dominoes in the past and you can’t tell someone when to order. please make this right and i’ll be waiting for a response. all the calls are recorded if you didn’t know.

Food was terrible. I had to convince the people I was with to get dominos. Typically if you go to a spot that knows how to make the dominos pizza recipe it’s amazing food. The hand tossed pizza was flat and tasted like cardboard. Both the two pizzas we got (one thin crunchy and the other one hand tossed) was absolutely the worst pizza I could’ve gotten. 0/10 on the food. Do not go here.

After being treated poorly and having my order canceled at Papa John’s, I decided to try Domino’s instead. I called and placed my order while sitting in the parking lot, and just 15 minutes later it was ready - hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious! Great service and food.

If I could give a 0 I would. I order a pizza, and wings on line. They delivered me a warm/cold/old pizza. The pizza look like it was made a day before. I called the store to speak with the manager. I told the manager that my pizza was warm and not fresh. The manager told me that they was going to make me a fresh pizza and have it redelivered to me. I waited a hour and a half still no pizza. I called the store back to speak with the manager. I ask her how long would it take for my pizza to be delivered. She told me that the delivery driver said the pizza was hot. That was a lie. She then say again to me that they’re going to make me a large pizza and deliver it to me. At this point I’m over it because she said that hour and a half ago and now it’s going on 2 hours. After I got off the phone with her. I called the store back to tell her to just give me a refund. I spoke with a team leader because she had walked out for a min. I ask the team lead for corporate phone number because I didn’t like how I was being treated. They told me that they not allowed to give corporate number out over the phone, and they didn’t now it. I told him that I was recording our conversation because I was gone let corporate know what had took place he hung up on me….. It’s more to the story but just know I would not be ordering anything from dominos again. I’ve been a loyal customer and the way they treated me was not right. I tried reaching out to corporate or someone over that store no answer no nothing.

I don’t know what kind of magic this location has, but I swear it is better than any other chain pizza place that I’ve ever gone to. I’ve ate a lot of pizza, and I’m not claiming them to be offering a unique culinary experience, but they give me great food and customer service in a reasonable amount of time.

I messed up my order and tried to call to change it but they wouldn’t pick up the phone so I just didn’t show up and pay for something I didn’t want. The stores number would take me to an automated service that couldn’t cancel the order no other numbers are posted to directly call the store making it impossible to change order or cancel orders.
Always got cut last 1 year when asked uncut that stopped asking . When asked well done, pizza was burn.
16 pieces bread bites fine, when ordered 32 pieces ,minimum butter was used. Got fed up and changed domino to other little far location- happy now.

I spend $39 I ordered for delivery last night and it said that it had already been delivered and it never arrived. I was outside my apartment waiting and it never arrived and it is supposed that when they deliver it they leave a photo and they did not send me the delivery photo. I spoke with the manager and he told me to wait and he hung up on me and I told him that I needed the refund and he hung up on me. Very bad service. Do not order from this address, they do not solve any problems
