On 9/27, I ordered a large pizza using the app. 1.5 hours later the app still showed "checking the quality of your pizza." I called the store and was told the order never went in. So the app lied about checking quality. The person in the store put in a new order even though I asked for a refund and no longer wanted the pizza. I asked several times for a refund and the person stopped speaking to me. I could hear him on the phone but he wouldn't answer any questions. I told him to cancel both orders and give a refund and still nothing. He just sat there waiting for me to hang up. I never received any refund and never received pizza so I ordered from Marco's Pizza. I had to dispute the charge of $52.62 with PayPal and I'm still waiting for a resolution. This was the 1st time ordering Domino's in many years frankly because the pizza is not that good. Now, Domino's has lost a customer for LIFE. I would especially never order from this location ever again!! This was the worst customer experience ever! I got ripped off for $52 and never got any pizza. Do yourself a favor and choose a different location or better yet, choose a different franchise!

Elijah the delivery driver was very rude by leaving the pizza on the ground when we didn't answer after 10 seconds. Called the store and he told us we should've answered the door faster. He should not be working customer service at all!!!!! I have NEVER seen a Domino's employee leave food on the ground. They always hand it to the customer. Absolutely ridiculous. He needs to be fired for how he acted and talked to us on the phone.

I am a bit upset from my most recent experience with this location. Honestly I am more cooled off than I was when I talked with the delivery driver. His customer service skill definitely needs work, no professionalism and no patience. If I were his boss I'd either give him his 2 weeks notice or fire him.. why would someone put the pizza on the dirty ground?! He's very lucky it wasn't on the ground long.

It’s fine but the assistant manager is very rude and unhelpful. Basically called me a liar about receiving the wrong items. Said she would send the driver out but it’s been over an hour now. No refund, no correct food. Have to call back another day to speak to a manager.

Ordered 2 pizzas. One was good but the pepperoni pizza was burnt. At scale of dominos customers can expect consistent quality. Also condiments were out of stock and I was being oversold to buy them. Expecting better than that for loyal customers.

I walked into the store and ordered the pizza and it was ready in 15 minutes. The only issue I had was, I had the toppings split half-and-half. They skimped a bit on the Veggies on a veggie pizza… But my kids seemed to enjoy the pizza… they didn't even throw away the crust like they generally do! So clearly, Dominos did something right! Sad to see all the negative reviews. But I think they are trying to redeem themselves!

Ordered from here and the general manager called to say they no longer deliver to my address. We went back and forth for awhile bc they deliver to me atleast twice a week and he refused a refund. I asked for corporate number he hung up on me, I called back to ask again and he hung up on me again. He stopped answering so I called from a different number he told me to go ahead and find corporate number and he would call the police if I called again and he block me from ordering from the store. I hope you read this review bc you can’t call the police from someone asking for corporate number you idiot. That’s why you’re miserable

This time food was worst don’t go to this store when the manager Garth is there. He will make fun of you and will tell you that if you don’t like don’t come to this store. If this manager is not there then pizza taste will be good

Standard dominos fare. Quality and speed of service is good. They don’t answer the phone though. So, taking off a start for that!
