This Dominos place has very friendly employees and they always make pizzas fast. Pizza is delicious and doesn’t lack toppings. The only reason for 4 star is that sometimes they will miss an ingredient or use a wrong sauce.

They randomly changed my order time. It added an extra 45 minutes to my order time out of nowhere. I understand that on a Friday night, it is probably pretty busy, but it is somewhat misleading for them to do this. Overall food is great though, but this is annoying.

Don't eat here. I used to love eating dominos in general, but after receiving my order last night from the dominos on Slash pines I will NEVER even consider Dominos again. My pizza was delivered my husband went to get the pizza which was already half way out the box and placed on the ground. Once we got the pizza my son went to grab a slice and a roach crawled out the box and was crawling up his arm. I immediately threw away all the pizzas we ordered. I reached out to the restaurant to speak to a manager and explain what happened I told him that I didn't want my order from this location ever again. He placed me on hold and stated he would call another store to see if they can get the order delivered. Then he come back on the phone stating that the General Manager would like me to call her so I just he called her instead of another restaurant. I spoke with the General Manager and explained the situation she had the audacity to ask me if I had I picture who takes a pick of roach coming out of their food. She then stated that she would call me back never heard anything else from her and that was that. I ended up going to papa johns and if you want your food fresh you would do the same.

The worst pizza experience I've ever had. Took 30min beyond the estimated time. Is staffed by young schoolers who don't wear gloves when handling food. And they messed up the food order

The Worst Domino's in the area period! Employees at this store have the worst customer service. Orders are always wrong or extremely late. Management is never around. It takes forever for phone to be answered.
The food and service we received was appalling! Not only was our pasta charred and lacking. Our salad was wilted. I do not recommend this food establishment.

I recently ordered from Domino's Pizza in Cary, NC and I have mixed feelings about my experience. On the one hand, the pizza arrived on time and was hot and fresh. The toppings were also tasty and generously portioned. However, I was disappointed with the crust, which was overly doughy and lacked the crispy texture I prefer in my pizza. Additionally, the customer service was average at best - the delivery driver didn't seem particularly friendly or enthusiastic about their job. Overall, I would say that while my pizza was decent, it wasn't exceptional and there are probably other pizza places in the area that I would prefer to order from next time

1 stars for the one good delivery driver. This place by far the worst. I gave them a few tries and it’s always an epic fail. This was supposed to be a Brooklyn style pizza and it came with some weird cream sauce that the employee couldn’t explain. The pasta came practically empty, charred and dry. Everything I get from the but a basic pan made pizza is terrible and dry. Don’t bother to call cause they never answer and you would eventually have to drive to the location for them to get it right cause they never give refunds. Save your money, gas and time

Ordered on line. Price came up different with coupon. Went in store and was told my order did not qualify for special. I then had to wait 10 more minutes and hopefully my wrong order was trashed. Oh pizza was cold when I got home?

Ordered one large pizza. From the time I ordered till the time I arrived and watched them pull out of oven was 55 minutes. (I was waiting for tracker to change and it never did from the employee preparing) None of 6 employees never even acknowledged me standing at the register for another 3 minutes. Three employees were actually working the other three were just standing around with one leaning against the “order ready” rack. And to top it all off, one employee dropped what looked like a deep pan pizza pan with dough in it on the floor along with the flat cover lid. He just picked them up off the floor and place them back on top of the other 3 already prepared pans. And another employee who was preparing the pizzas touched the register with the gloves and then went back to preparing the pizzas with the same gloves never changing to clean pair.. So needless to say I will never order from this 708 Slash Pine Dr Cary Location. The Apex West Williams is in a league by itself and when it comes to customer service, sanitary practices and overall customer friendly attitude and attentiveness. At least one employee speaks to you when you walk in the door. The Slash Pine Dr location needs major training.
