The food may be good but I didn't get to taste it! I tried to place an order around 6:30pm and the lady said they were closed. No problem. I went to check out a nearby eatery, but when I passed by this place literally a couple of minutes later, the same lady (Mandarin speaking) was taking orders from another (white) guy! I hope it wasn't discrimination (I'm Chinese American) but I will never know.

First time here. Fair price for comfortable food. Definitely I would recommend it to anyone.

Not a fan of this place. You’re better off going to another Japanese restaurant that’s more authentic. Lots of items felt lackluster.

This is an amazing piece of the Cary community, a bit pricey, however the taste and service is impeccable, every time I’ve ordered here I am not let down or disappointed. I was treated amazingly the times I have walked in and the food is always warm when I order to-go.

katsu curry! and plenty of it. Their gyoza is home made and you can taste the fresh vegetables.
It’s my favorite restaurant in the H Mart food court. They serve excellent comfort food: udon, katsu-don, tempura, curry, etc.
My personal favorite is the curry katsu pork, which is not only yummy in its own right, but is the closest thing to a good schnitzel I’ve been able to find consistently in the region.
My daughter, who is a picky eater, has learned to love plain udon with salt, and she’s discovered she likes tempura vegetables and shrimp too. It helped a lot to prepare for our vacation to Tokyo.
The food is always amazing, fresh, and hot! Best Japanese food in North Caroline!

The food was prepared fairly quickly. The staff were friendly and were quick to communicate with diners.
The curry Undon was lightly spicy and cooked well and presented at the right temperature. The orser I had was more than I could eat by myself.
I ordered pork cutlet, but they only gave me two small sauce packets on the side, which wasn’t enough. When I asked for more sauce, they charged me an extra $1.50. I’ve never seen a place, in Korea or the U.S., that charges extra for tonkatsu sauce. Either provide enough sauce from the beginning or don’t charge customers for simply asking for a reasonable amount!
We tasted chicken yakisoba 4/10: noodle were sticky, undon soup shrink tempura 5/5 (recommended) and octopus balls 5/5. Real flavors and excellent service: fast and greeting

Donkasu(pork katsu) was so hard I almost broke my teeth. It was pretty clear it wasn't freshly fried. The portion size was really disappointing. Really not worth the money. It is not what it used to be. I cannot believe I just trashed over 17 dollars for this.

The "chicken yakisoba" was dry chicken tossed with instant ramen. I have no words.
