Christian is amazing! So personable and ensure your needs are met . I will most definitely be back again. In addition Griffen was also just attentive. The atmosphere on the rooftop is an amazing vibe!!
Customer service was horrible. As soon as our group arrived to the bar, a member of our group went to the restroom. A person on staff instead of greeting and asking how they could help, stated “restrooms were for paying customers only”. As all of this situation was transpiring a bartender (which I don’t know the name; was very kind) informed us that upstairs was available and that he would have someone help us with getting a seat. The bartenders, like Christian and Greg, are knowledgeable, charismatic, and skilled mixologists who serve some of the best drinks around. Christian created the "Procrastination Garden," a perfect cocktail for humid summer days, and Greg made an exceptionally delicious Vieux Carre. Christian also provided excellent service, paying attention to detail and making the experience memorable. Guests have enjoyed phenomenal drinks, especially on the patio, and feel safe and comfortable throughout their visit. The cocktails here are beyond amazing, and the food is great as well. This place is ideal for a date night or just unwinding with good drinks. The Rolo Royale and Campfire Delight come highly recommended. Overall, Dram & Draught remains a favorite among locals, especially the Fenton location, standing out among others in North Carolina.
