I’m not sure what people see in these donuts. Bought them fresh and thats a cool approach but the icing melted right off and by the time we let them cool they were terrible tasting with no flavor or icing. Half stuck to the box & not worth $18 for 6 donuts & 2 espressos. Good espresso and friendly service

Everything was absolutely amazing!!First off lets talk about the impressive 100% sanitation rating, The prices were so reasonable and for the most high quality, heavenly donuts. Shoutout to Krystin who rang us up who had awesome customer service! The staff was so quick and efficient with making a dozen donuts it was done within 1 minute maybe less kid you not, Me and my husband truly had a great experience!! “the way the donut danced on my taste buds left me craving for more”- my husband. There is absolutely nothing you could ever find to complain about. We left with a big smile on our faces!😇

I guess Valentine’s Day is the busiest day for them, and for this reason, I placed my order online one day in advance! When I got there they were lost, just 3 people trying to attend everybody! My order wasn’t ready at 8am as requested, and I had to complain, end getting 20 minutes later! They need to improve their service for these occasions! Also, my donuts weren’t as beautiful as it was supposed to be per the picture they promised online! 😥

Kid-friendliness: It is primarily for take out but there are a few tables. You can watch donuts being made and plenty of room for kids to move around while waiting for your order.

I ordered from Duck Donuts this morning and my experience was absolutely wonderful! The owner was so sweet and kind, he observed I had a large order and offered plates and napkins. Ordering on the website was super easy to navigate and my order was ready first thing this morning. My classmates absolutely 👍🏾 enjoyed the warm customized sugary treats. I would highly recommend this location for your next workplace office meeting, sporting event or overall sweet treats for the family! 5/5 stars ⭐️
