Worst dunkin I've been at! Food always cold, staff always rude unfortunately! When in the drive thru they always pull you to the front parking lot to wait for food.. So that their timer makes it look like they got done with you really fast, even though your still waiting forever, and no one will be in the drive thru behind you... very very sad dunkin.

I thought I would give Dunkin’ Donuts one More try as it seems like every time I go the food is absolutely disgusting. This time I ordered a bagel with extra cream cheese and hashbrowns, And a drink….. My bagel was so hard. It was like a rock. I couldn’t even bite into it and I paid for extra cream cheese and only half of my bag bagel Had cream cheese on it, The hashbrowns were soggy, and all stuck together in a clump. This is my last time going here

Waited 30 mins after going through the drive through for 2 iced coffees. Then when I finally had To go in to get them they were both burnt! We Could not even drink them
Regina is hands down the best. I'm not sure what her title is at this location , but her customer service is TOP NOTCH. She is always so sweet and kind when I come in. I have encountered the same situation twice when it came to placing an order for Blueberry Muffins and they were out, but did she turn me away ABSOLUTELY NOT. She offered to make the muffins and walk them over to my job when they were done. She is a true definition of going above and beyond to satisfy customers. Regina I appreciate you, and Thank You again for your EXCELLANT customer service.
