Worst dunkin I've been at! Food always cold, staff always rude unfortunately! When in the drive thru they always pull you to the front parking lot to wait for food.. So that their timer makes it look like they got done with you really fast, even though your still waiting forever, and no one will be in the drive thru behind you... very very sad dunkin.

I thought I would give Dunkin’ Donuts one More try as it seems like every time I go the food is absolutely disgusting. This time I ordered a bagel with extra cream cheese and hashbrowns, And a drink….. My bagel was so hard. It was like a rock. I couldn’t even bite into it and I paid for extra cream cheese and only half of my bag bagel Had cream cheese on it, The hashbrowns were soggy, and all stuck together in a clump. This is my last time going here

customer service is always good and anytime i’ve gone my coffee always tastes correct. it’s 30 mins from me but it’s the only dunkin i’ll go to bc my coffee always tastes correct

Waited 30 mins after going through the drive through for 2 iced coffees. Then when I finally had To go in to get them they were both burnt! We Could not even drink them

Regina is hands down the best. I'm not sure what her title is at this location , but her customer service is TOP NOTCH. She is always so sweet and kind when I come in. I have encountered the same situation twice when it came to placing an order for Blueberry Muffins and they were out, but did she turn me away ABSOLUTELY NOT. She offered to make the muffins and walk them over to my job when they were done. She is a true definition of going above and beyond to satisfy customers. Regina I appreciate you, and Thank You again for your EXCELLANT customer service.

I made an online order so I could quickly get my order as I was in a hurry. I made the order 45 minutes before I arrived at the store and my order had not been started when I arrived. I waited 6 minutes for someone to even greet me (I was the only person there). It took them about 8 minutes to prepare my order (put donuts in a box). I ordered strawberry glazed donuts and vanilla glazed donuts in the same box. It looked like I received all vanilla. I had to go back in and have them point out the strawberry ones for me. I’m used to bright pink frosting and the frosting I received was one shade pinker than white. No one at our party was able to tell the difference. When I asked the employees they said it’s a difference between factory made and in house made donuts. WHAT?! Also all the chocolate ones I received looked like they had thick store processed cake frosting spread on top. Inconsistency between donuts for sure. What happened to quality and customer service??!!
