I've been coming to this place now and then since they opened this restaurant because it's close to my house. This is not the one of best szechuan restaurants although I have not found one in NC yet like ones in CA or NY. However, better than or similar to szechuan garden or chengdu 7 in my opinion.I only had limited number of dishes so far, but here are what I recommend and not recommend:Not recommend- General Tso's chicken, it is not typical general tso dish. They use ketchup or tomato based sauce and not spicy at all. Also wish they cut the meat into smaller pieces.- Kungpao chicken, same reason above- Lo Mein or Chow Fun, any noodle based dish, they way overcook noodles, so noodles become too mushy and stuck together (see photo)- Any fried rice, just not good.- Mushu (Pork) - Super sweet and very little meat, mostly cabbage, wish they use shredded fresh cooked pork, not precooked dry bbq pork (see photo)Recommend- Chongqing diced chicken, not the best I've had but pretty good, it is fried (see photo)- Salt and pepper spare rib, good but it is also fried (see photo)I will update my review if I try new dishes.

Really great! I’m always nervous to try a new place haha. Came in, greeted me, ordered to go and it was ready in like 10 minutes! Hot and fresh and tasted reallllllly good (I got general tso&beef lomein) probably will be my new Chinese spot :)It is a little high for one individual. I usually pay $12 for the same meal at other places this one $20 but it does taste great so can’t be mad.

Best Chinese food we've had in this area. Egg rolls and crab rangoon are especially tasty. The staff are friendly and greet you immediately when you enter. Reasonably priced place for delicious food!!

This is the best Chinese takeout place ever! The food is the highest quality I’ve ever had in Chinese takeout, and it’s always fresh and delicious. The employees are super nice and the place has a cute dining area that’s nice to sit and eat in. Highly recommend!Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs.

Absolutely love Fang’s Kitchen!The boneless BBQ spare ribs are a savory delight, perfectly tender and full of flavor.The sweet and sour dish is a burst of delightful contrasts, and the black pepper chicken is a masterpiece. The lo mein is consistently satisfying.Highly recommend!

We really liked going to this restaurant, but they do not know how to run their business. We had multiple issues with online ordering where we show up to pick up the order and they don’t have it even though we have a record of the order through email and text message and a confirmation of our credit card processing the payment. It’s very sad because this is a nice local restaurant that we enjoyed supporting. But they are very rude and we will no longer be dining here.

First time ordering but we plan to make this a regular takeout spot. Food was excellent, very well packaged with good portions, and fairly priced. The interior is small if you want to dine in, but when I pulled in the tables were being sanitized so I’d assume it’s very pleasant and safe if you choose to eat there. The staff were super courteous, having our food ready in under 10 minutes and adding an excellent hot and sour soup when I arrived (won’t forget to order that again!). Our only regret is that it took us this long to order from them.Dietary restrictions: We were very impressed with their dietary options. This was a deciding factor in trying Fang’s.

What happened Fang Kitchen ? When the restaurant just open up. I’d tell and recommended everyone Ik. The food was 10/10. As time pass by it kept getting worse and worse. After today I don’t think I could go back again. Food is 2/10 now, it kept getting smaller and smaller size and def don’t taste like before . So sad.
