This place sucks. Food horrible, prices… terrible. Service…… 🤔 awful. And the government pays firefighters pay checks so don’t give these people your hard earned money to spend.

Walked in get our fix of firehouse & unfortunately No one greeted us (that’s fine I guess) or looked at us. We then waited 5min to order and they just kept ignoring our family of 3. So we chose to leave and take our business else where.

Food is always good, but the staff… man. They could use some work. They always seem so irritated and inconvenienced by your very presence. The person at the register was literally drinking a smoothie while we were ordering, and stopped to check her phone. The person making the sandwiches was texting when we got in and I did NOT see them wash their hands or change gloves before they started our order. Sanitation is questionable at best and their overall attitudes kinda put a damper on the whole experience. That being said, the food is always solid and at a counter service restaurant, isn’t that the primary concern anyway?

When I couldn't open the doors I canceled my $30 order.
I guess don't come here later in the evening the employees will be hiding from doing their jobs...
For a fast food establishment the meatball subs are delicious! Friendly staff. Clean facility.

I have celiac disease but have heard their gluten free bread is super good. Went in and the cashier said they don’t carrier GF bread even though its advertised all over the store.

One of the worst place for food cause it’ll take you forever to get it to your table. Waited for a takeout and it took them more than 30 mins to make it. They don’t even try to comfort you. Very unprofessional and rude staffs! I’ll avoid this place
