Placed an order around 3pm to be picked up at 5pm. It’s was for 2 hot subs. Got there at 4:55pm, order was ready. Opened it up and both subs were cold and bread was super soggy. They both went right in the trash. They were obviously made way too early, my guess is 3 when they were ordered. Bad food/service.

Got the hot beef and cheddar. The beef was so fatty, it looked like under-cooked bacon. I couldn't eat half of it because of the fat. Ran into this some time ago and stopped going because of it. Tried it out month or two ago and the beef sandwich was good so I went back this week. Unfortunately they're back to using fatty unlean beef. Won't be going back.

Manager on duty @ 3:50 was a lil rude. Didn’t want to take our order. Didn’t say hello, no customer service. Yelled to the back for someone else take the order. They were low on gravy and made no effort to make more gravy for our order. I won’t returning to this location

I really enjoy the subs at Firehouse but if I had any other options close to me I would never return to this location. The staff always seem pissed they're at work and in turn move so slowly at everything they do. I've been here 15 minutes and there are 9 people ahead of me waiting for sandwhiches. Only one person has been served since I got here and they gave him three subs when he ordered four! I asked for no pickles no onion and I ended up with both on my sandwhiches.

Been coming to this location for about a year now as its the closest to us, and they are consistently always understaffed so it takes forever to get our food or the workers there really don't care to where there is always something wrong. I cannot tell you how many times I ordered no pickle and still got pickle. I have had sandwiches be totally wrong as well. We have waited at minimum everytime for 20 min up to 45 min at time for two sandwiches. I have gone to other firehouse subs locations in apex and cary and they have been 100 times better than this location.

Imagine my surprise when a place that closes at 9pm is closed a few minutes after 8p.
Now I need to wait for a refund cause the store closed early for no reason

Walked in get our fix of firehouse & unfortunately No one greeted us (that’s fine I guess) or looked at us. We then waited 5min to order and they just kept ignoring our family of 3. So we chose to leave and take our business else where.

Food is always good, but the staff… man. They could use some work. They always seem so irritated and inconvenienced by your very presence. The person at the register was literally drinking a smoothie while we were ordering, and stopped to check her phone. The person making the sandwiches was texting when we got in and I did NOT see them wash their hands or change gloves before they started our order. Sanitation is questionable at best and their overall attitudes kinda put a damper on the whole experience. That being said, the food is always solid and at a counter service restaurant, isn’t that the primary concern anyway?
