I guess don't come here later in the evening the employees will be hiding from doing their jobs...

One of the worst place for food cause it’ll take you forever to get it to your table. Waited for a takeout and it took them more than 30 mins to make it. They don’t even try to comfort you. Very unprofessional and rude staffs! I’ll avoid this place

Upon entry, there was no acknowledgement for a solid 3-5 minutes. It did not feel like I was a priority. The food tasted ok, but the price was steep for the very small sub that I recieved.
Location allowed me to order online and charged my card. After, it said the location was closed. I received nothing and nobody will answer an email to refund me my over $20 I spent on nothing. This place stole from me and will steal from you.UPDATE: finally emailed me. Then ghosted me. It’s been almost two months now and no refund. Horrible customer service

I got a gift card for Christmas and I wasn’t expecting much from a sandwich shop but that sandwich was good. I was nervous because two teenagers made it but they did their thing. I got the Jamaican jerk turkey. 10/10 will get it again.

Made an online order at 5pm on a Wednesday. Went to pick up and they had closed. There was a lady in the store so I knock on thedoor. The lady yells at me that they are closed and her face looked angry that I had knocked on the door. I yell that I had an online order but she just ignores me. That's some awesome service. I bet she's a manager.

Wish I remembered his name or at least the day of the week. Last week around 2pm. I ordered on the phone, it was ready and my Club on a sub was perfect. The worker was a very nice guy. You are lucky to have him!
