We love Firehouse Subs, so I am disappointed to say this was the worst experience we’ve ever had. We ordered 5 subs for dine in and had to wait 40 minutes for them all to be completed. Then when the food arrived, the meatball subs were cold and the steak and cheese was prepared incorrectly. We don’t mind waiting some for fresh, hot subs but 40 minutes for cold food is ridiculous!

KC, javion, and kenya were the staff working today, this is my 3rd time being at this firehouse subs and I can actually say with 100% that this is hands down the best place to get your Subs, thank you for the amazing meal today and look forward to the next time!
It wasn't bad but the ice machine was broke so your drink was going to be hot. Employee were friendly and service was fast.

I had a food delivery for lunch at my job. Bag was not secured in the usual tamper proof fashion. Staple the top while attaching the receipt with the name. Incase a co worker picked it up, they would know who ordered. Sandwich was great. Please work on this. You can learn from others that offer delivery. Tamper proof tape or staple is the way to go with food deliveries. Sandwich with very tasty.EDIT:Gave them a 2nd chance and sure enough, they corrected their shortcomings. Food was nicely packaged and tagged with order name and number. The $3 was welcome too.Well Done

Grabbed a tasty lunch here with my wife. Nobody greeted us when we first walked in but the guy who took our order was nice. The Turkey, bacon, and ranch subs were great. The location was nice and quiet with plenty of seating which made the experience pretty chill.Parking: Parking was good.

Took a bit of time to place an order despite no one being in line ahead of me. After placing order, went to get a drink from their machine and they were out of lids for most cup styles which may be an issue for those taking drinks to go. Tables were filthy and I asked someone behind the counter for a wet rag so I could wipe one down for my family and she had a rude response and never did come out to clean the tables.Food was good, and only reason it wasn't a one star review. Disappointing experience compared to any other Firehouse I've been to in the area, so I'm assuming a different owner.
