Food good. A little loud. Could use sound absorbing materials.

We visited this restaurant to have a family brunch and everything was excellent, service, attention and food...I recommend it in groups.

I like to have breakfast in this here. Friendly staff, tasty food, there are several vegetarian dishes, not expensive.
Disadvantages: In the women's restroom they can’t fix the lock to one of the cabins for a year. The soap dispenser is broken, and soap simply flows into the tray under it. Please fix.
Vegetarian options: Burger with mushrooms

There was so many things that were dirty like the cups that were on the table, the spoons in the napkins too. Our food was not good and the waitress was absolutely horrible once our food came she never came back. So we finally went to the hostess to get pay our tab without our check. 0/10 will not be back.

Tasty, but a Few Bumps Along the Way
First Watch has a lot going for it—great vibe, friendly service (and we stop at quite a few in our travels)—but a few little hiccups kept it from being a five-star breakfast experience. Let’s start with the eggs. Ordered them over medium, but they came out a bit too runny; it was more “over easy with enthusiasm.” And the breakfast potatoes? A little undercooked. Except for the one person at our table who ordered them extra crispy; they got theirs perfect, while the rest of us got a side of potato mush.
As for the Million Dollar Breakfast Sandwich? Maybe more like a quarter-million. It was tasty, but smaller than expected, and while it didn’t cost a million, I’m not totally sure it was worth the price tag.
All in all, it’s a solid spot with great options; just a little fine-tuning needed. Would still recommend it, especially if you’re lucky enough to get those potatoes extra crispy!
Vegetarian options: Talk to your server and they'll hook you up
Dietary restrictions: Conversation with the staff should get you set
Parking: Found a spot within 50 ft of the door
Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids are eating there and the food is good and the wall decor is entertaining enough to keep him busy scanning the room
Wheelchair accessibility: Wide doors and it's on the first level so it works out well

Nice little spot. We usually go for brunch. The food is pretty good. The portion size is a bit on the small side. The food always seems nice and fresh. They have a nice mix of healthy and comfort food.

We stopped by for breakfast and had a great experience. Our server, Emily, was very helpful and kind. We enjoyed the smoked salmon eggs benedict and salted caramel iced coffee along with another fried egg meal and a pot of delicious coffee. Glad to have First Watch in the area!

Had a great brunch at First Watch in Cary. Emily was an amazing server - prompt, friendly, and helpful with recommendations. The holiday double crunch tacos were really good.

The thing that made our visit great, other than the food of course, was the service from our waiter Kayla! She provided some of the best service I’ve ever had. Even though it was very busy, Kayla made sure we were taken care of at the highest level. Kayla deserves a shoutout!

We just moved to Cary and came in with our toddler for breakfast at 9:00 a.m.. they got us right in, set us up with a table with a high chair, and helped us get our weekend started on the right foot. Our weight staff was kind and helpful. Food was great! I had the Greek yogurt granola bowl and my wife got the lemon ricotta pancakes.....both were solid. Great experience overall, and parking was a piece of cake to boot.
