It's insane how unethical this business is. I bought tickets for a charity event that was canceled with NO notice. Upon showing up to the shop for the event and being told to first order food, we were THEN told the fundraiser was not happening. Gamers Geekery & Tavern refused to refund the $100 in tickets that were purchased with the understanding profits were going to charity. That money is now being pocketed by the business. Completely dishonest and shameful.

Parking: It can be hard to park close during dinner time... lots of restaurant in that area.

Food is wonderful for the equipment they have available to them but the service and atmosphere are what keep me coming back. You can bring your own games or play something off the shelf and either way, you will have a great night with a full belly. Cannot recommend enough since I am here at least once a week!

A great place for all ages. I come here every time I'm in the area. Great food, awesome people, and an amazing selection of games. 10 out of 10!!!

Kid-friendliness: I've been here multiple times with family and friends who have kids as young as 10. If you want a real gamer environment that's kid friendly, this is an awesome place!

Wheelchair accessibility: The place is on the second floor, but there is an elevator nearby. You could easily get in without any issues. They have tables of a variety of hights and many of which would be perfect for a wheelchair.

Very chill environment. The food is excellent and prices are reasonable. Even if you don’t play table top or card games, you should stop in for the food and personable service. Awesome place and I can’t wait to go back.

Great place to hang out and play games- they have over 610 and I was impressed all the ones we played had all the pieces and instructions intact. Good selection of beer, wine, and snacks

Great place to meet, eat and play.... I play spades there every tue with over 20 others. The staff is amazing. Food is good, plus it's made to order... the cookies are served warm and gooey... you have to try this place... Family friendly too!!!

Vegetarian options: Everything is made to order. So you can get what you want in it...

Kid-friendliness: Kids are always welcome. Great for parties too.

Wheelchair accessibility: The elevator works most of the time...

I live in North Raleigh and this is still one of my favorite bars / hangout spots. The games & atmosphere is worth the 30 minute drive :)

I aslo want to give a shout out to the staff!! The staff here has always been really awesome and sweet, making the environment more enjoyable.

Our non-profit held an event here today and it was a lot of fun. We raised money, everyone had fun playing various games, and enjoyed a buffet of appetizers (especially the pretzel bites!). We got a lot of great feedback from our guests. We will definitely have this event again. Next time our event will be even bigger!
