I think this place is okay. They only have 3 flavors on any given day, chocolate, vanilla, and a manager choice. That is kind of disappointing when so many other places have multiple. The custard is okay, but I wouldn't say better than average. Hence, my rate. They don't have any inside seating offered, but I will say that is the case with many frozen treat places. The staff was friendly and quick. We only ordered 2 small custards with a few topping (which you have to do because they only offer 3 basic options), and it came to $19, I wasn't expecting that. I could be wrong, but I feel that is a bit pricey for 2 smalls. Just my 2 cents.

Who cares how good the food is if you can’t park or get through the line in under an hour… by the time you eat you are over it…

Very deliscious and fair-priced ice cream here. Definitely recommend the brownie sundae for first-time goers!

So I finally tried the infamous Good Berry's and the concrete.

What a disappointment. It was mush. It was watery, over processed and lacking the fruit I added. Will not ever order again.

It was 1 of those nights my sweet tooth was tingling. I took a chance coming to this location. Google showed me they closed at 10. I pulled in at 9:53 and someone name Zion took care of me. I work in customer service so I definitely understand someone coming last minute. I was prepared to settle for a tub of ice cream from the grocery store but Zion helped me get my fix! This was my 1st time visiting this location and I will be back! Not so late next time…

This Goodberrys always has great costumer service! Syd took our order today and was super nice.

I had an amazing experience at Goodberry’s Frozen Custard here at Kildaire, and I have to give a special shoutout to Rachell! She was incredibly friendly, patient, and made my visit so enjoyable with yummy ice cream. Rachell had such a warm and welcoming attitude, and she was able to give me recommendations to my Concrete ice cream order. She ensured my order was perfect and served with a smile. You can tell she genuinely cares about providing great customer service. Thank you, Rachell, for making my trip to Goodberry’s extra sweet! I always come to this location but this trip was so warm and sweet thanks to her customer service! :)
