Did not wanted to give extra sauces even when the customer was ready to pay! so funny and the manager said that's how this location works!! Never coming back and would not suggest and don't ask for any extra sauces lol

Sorry I don’t have a photo.. it’s because I practically inhaled my arepa is was do delicious. Nice and crispy on the outside. Chicken was perfectly marinated. Will be back very soon!

The food is good but the customer service is absolutely terrible. They would hang up on you before you would finish speaking on the phone (four times not including the times they didn't even pick up the phone) and they have no idea how to answer your questions. It was the most terrible customer service I got and I will never go to that place again. It was just really really terrible. Will not recommend.

The food is excellent, but the wait can be quite long. The staff is constantly juggling between serving customers in the restaurant and handling online orders, which slows things down. It would be great if they had dedicated employees just for online orders — that way, in-person customers wouldn’t be stuck waiting in line staring at the ceiling.
