The food is excellent, but the wait can be quite long. The staff is constantly juggling between serving customers in the restaurant and handling online orders, which slows things down. It would be great if they had dedicated employees just for online orders — that way, in-person customers wouldn’t be stuck waiting in line staring at the ceiling.
Had lunch with my best friend Daniel and everything was perfect and the price was just right. Love the atmosphere but only improvement I can think of is to make the restaurant slightly bigger but that is my only recommendation. Will definitely come back here hopefully with a friend.
First time at guasaca. It felt similar to chipotle in terms of taste and price point. Had the avocado chicken arepa + half grilled chicken bowl.
The arepa was fantastic! The lady on the counter was also quite friendly.
