“Food industry is a such a wonderful service where welcoming your customers happily is very key and valuable!! We had quite such an opposite experience where one of the staff was so grumpy, unhappy to my wife and also for all the customers who came. Some customers who were trying to know what different options were, she was like giving such an unhappy reaction like (why do you even come here, you are not going to buy anyhow)!!

Sorry but if people don’t want to welcome the customers happily or hate doing the job then they shouldn’t even be working or given an opportunity!

No matter how great quality food you cook or how tastier they are, if the customers are not happy they are not going to be satisfied with your food!!

So please educate your staff to be nice and happy so that your service will make a big difference and your customers will be happy!

The customer was essentially asking for double portions of everything without wanting to pay for it, claiming the bowl should be enough to feed two people. Anam handled the situation with professionalism and respect, despite the customer’s rude tone and demeanor.

In my experience, the portions at Mezeh are always generous — some people just expect double servings without paying for them. Like every business nowadays, Mezeh has to be cost-conscious, especially with rising food and ingredient prices. In my opinion, Mezeh consistently delivers fresh, high-quality meals that are both filling and flavorful. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the value is excellent. “Got the Mandi lamb and the Chicken Agda. First thing that came out was this wonderful broth soup. Not sure what was in it, but it was delicious. The serving sizes were huge. The chicken Agda came with 2 very large pieces of bread. The lamb was fall off the bone tender. Definitely would return. Next time I'll save room for dessert.“
